I live in town and won’t lie. I have had 100 bad experiences here if not more. But as a parent, you know there’s no alternative sometimes and you have no choice but to get McDonald’s recently I’ve noticed a newer employee and she makes your experience At this location refreshing she is so warm and inviting Promote this girl make her a Supervisor or something never let her leave Kyky Is her name on her name tag and she is the nicest employee you will ever meet here

I've been going to this location since 1994 and today was the worst experience ever!! I waited 22 minutes for 3 Happy Meals and a Double Cheese Burger. I do understand that these places get busy sometimes but have some type of control over your crew. If it's a full house quit all that laughing and joking around and get your customers out the damn door!!
It was the drive thru and I pulled to the side and there were two car in front of me and like 3 behind me. Every car in and behind was give their order and cars after them! I had to call over the car hop to ask where was my food and he went to get it and came back with the wrong order. I had to get back in line to get right order then the drive thru person asked me to pull ahead again. I said absolutely not, I will wait right here for my food!

Last night at 8 o'clock I sent my daughter in for a pickup order at the counter. She stands there for 20 minutes then comes out with a bag and tells me they still got to make drinks. So she goes back in then proceeds to wait another 30 minutes just for them to make the wrong drinks. Then I get home and realize there's no nuggets in my bag 2 6 pieces and a 4 piece missing. I take my daughter back in and the lady with the beard wanted to tell my daughter she was lying. I could tell something was wrong so I go in ask my kid what's wrong and she says the workers are calling her a liar. I ask the lady politely, mind u just a little loud, why are you calling my kid a liar and the nugget making tough guy in the back screams at me to get out when I did nothing wrong just ask why they were disrespecting my kid and calling her a liar. I think it was all because she's mixed and part black so I got kicked out and robbed by McDonald's. I'm gonna contact a lawyer.

As a fast food restaurant the food was swiftly made and presented to us. As for customer service I shall say it was lacking. If you want to get some sauce you have to ask at the window not over the microphone so good luck with that one. All around score from me, three out of 10
