You spend a hefty amount for family and friends to eat but things went wrong when all the food was not there and I went back to pick up the rest just to find they still didn't put all the order together cause it was bag I thought surely they got it right no went to go back a third time but can't cause the unfortunate flat tire I get going home can't call cause no one was answering except the fax Machines. You if can't have an active business phone number. You shouldn't be allowed to serve. I'm sick now and disgraceful feel this night turned into when just trying to give and eat with friends I will crash before I order food here again go elsewhere and enjoy McDonald's is open

Parking: Spacious and plentiful. Including handicapped and carry out spaces.
The place doesn’t have a drive through, which is meh.
Beyond that the food was good and correct.
Inside however is outdated and old.

Staff and the server where amazing! Food was fresh and hot. They were timely and seemed like they really cared about our experience. 100% will be visiting again.
The manager was terrible. The whole time I waited (10-15 minutes, no biggie) she was frantic and running around yelling at her staff, including literally pushing the counter girl (I assume she was new) out of the way. I ordered a big dinner box and another pizza. I watched her take my other pizza out of the oven, cut it, and box it. After waiting another 5 minutes for the wings (again, no big deal) she throws her hands in the air and says "looks like we gave it to someone else." Referring to my additional pizza. I am a very patient person but my family was waiting for dinner so when she asked if I wanted to wait for her to make another, I declined. She told me she would refund the pizza. She was not apologetic, instead commenting sarcastically "I'm SO sorry we got busy". I was already halfway out the door so I turned around because I was the customer that got the raw deal and this parting shot was like a slap in my face. She attempted to berate me, including the veiled threat "don't worry, I know who you are". I wasn't going to complain but I haven't received my refund and that girl has no business being in charge of anyone, let alone an entire staff

Good food, good service (from the one person who actually worked). At least four other employees there who didn't do anything except complain about their scheduled hours/days of work and the extreme heat. If the only person we would have seen or heard was the one wonderful employee, it would be a 5 star review. Kudos to her.... Keep up the good work and continue being a shining example to all those younger "employees".

The manager Susan was incredibly helpful when we showed up with a massive group of 40 very hungry kids on very short notice. Her team was very polite and truly went above and beyond. Couldn’t be more thankful!!!
