The workers there are rude as all get out and slow. One lady there made fun of me because I didn't want any veggies on my sandwich.

Only gave 1 star because there isn't a no star option. Went to Subway today, Monday Jan 27th around 4:30 for the first time in quite a while. Had never been to the Albion store. Worst Subway experience in my 30 years of eating Subway.
The owners of this store should be ashamed. Walked in and the place was empty. Was not greeted by the woman behind the counter. Was grumbled at unpleasantly when I greeted her very pleasantly ,asking how she was. Didn't ask me how she could help me or what I wanted to order. I then placed my order for 1, 12 inch sub. The entire time she made my sandwich she moved slow as molasses and gave the vibe that she REALLY wasn't happy I was there to order or maybe she really wasn't happy to be there. IDK. But no excuse either way. Then she proceeded to make the worst sub I've ever seen from subway, by only caring to fill 3/4 of the bun with ingredients. I guess she just lost motivation after that. Lol. I watched in awe thinking she`d fix it but nope. Then I come here to find not one but several reviews stating almost the exact experience and wondering how this lady still works there, and I wonder the same. And it's apparently been going on for a long time. I'll never go there again.
Again. The owners of this store should be ashamed. I'm surprised they are still in business. I can't imagine how much money they have lost because of this lady and to think what a slap in the face it is to the community.

We ordered two sandwiches from here. The tuna wrap came with everything BUT tuna. The sub was ordered & requested with Light Mayo, it was dripping with Mayo. Will never order frm here again.

This was the rudest person ever rolled her eyes as soon as me and my fiancé walked in like we were bothering her she was sitting on her behind on her phone she was nasty and rude treating us like we were trash she should be fired and I will never go there again if she is working you all need to get better employees to work at your establishment sandwich’s were nasty and I will be calling corporate about her as well this was unbelievably rude

Was absolutely the worst experience at a subway ever. The woman working in there had got to be the rudest manager/worker ever employed anywhere. And it's not just me she is rude and alienates everyone who goes in there. She is rude, won't answer questions, moves deliberately as slow as possible, and sighs everything she moves, all while mean mugging the customer. Because how dare we (customers) stop at a restaurant and expect prompt, friendly service. Not only will I not go to that subway Shahin, I will never go to any subway again. I'm not going to give my money to a corporation/business that's clearly hates its customers, and hires people to treat customers poorly. This is every time I have gone in there in the last year. How does that horrible woman still have a job!!!

Worst service ever. When I first entered the establishment, I wasn't greeted at all. The lady behind the counter was sitting and eating, and she just stared at me without saying a word. I had to ask if she worked there before she finally got up, and even then, she said nothing. The entire experience was very unprofessional. She didn't even ask what I wanted on my sandwich—it felt like I had to do all the work. I will never go there again.

the lady took forever to take our orders and no one was in the store lady was obviously pissed she had to do her job and she was obviously vaping in the store this person needs to be fired

Pay close attention. This subway has went downhill drastically. My order was not what I ordered. With the ticket right in front of them it was still wrong. One sandwich had nothing on it but mayonnaise. My dogs were happy at least.
