I just got home from picking up an order from there. I forgot that subway had a rack for online orders and I told the lady working that I was picking up an order and she gave me the disrespectful attitude about the shelf. Made me feel like I wasn’t welcome at all. And plus they literally got all three sandwiches wrong.. like totally wrong. What a waste of money.

My food was good, the place was clean mostly, and most of the staff was happy and in a good mood. One of the girls made 1 mistake on the sub (customer) in front of me and again on the sub (customer) behind me. They caught the mistakes and removed the unwanted items and corrected the subs. So basically it's a good sub shop but just pay attention and make sure they put on what you want. If they mess up just politely tell them and they will likely correct it. To help them get it right speak loudly but politely over the glass. They have machines on the other side of the glass counter and it makes it easier for the workers of we speak loud ,politely, and above the glass to the workers not speaking to the floor cause then they can't hear you.

We live close to this subway and try to give grace but they are always so rude! Never greet you are bothered that you are there, will ignore requests. I come to this subway often out of convenience and they have multiple rude employees and only show a hit of kindness/will even speak when you leave a tip(which we still do)…

My friend and I came in to order some lunch, but there were some construction workers in charge of their groups lunch orders so we had to wait but it was great anyway! The workers were taking a while to finish and getting back to their workplace, so the super nice lady behind the counter told them that if their manager had a problem with their tardiness he could call her and she would vouch for them. When it was my friend's and my turn, she was so nice and apologetic for the wait but appreciated our patience, and it was a breeze to order. She was so friendly and nice to both us and the workers that the wait didn't feel bad!

This is the shadiest Subway I’ve ever been in. Walked into the store and the worker “Tony” was sitting behind the counter smoking WHILE making my sandwiches. Are you kidding me???

Wow is all I can say, I walked in to what looked like a worker on their break only to find out she wasn't, she did not wash her hands before she put on gloves. She was talking to someone on the phone while trying to take my order. Meanwhile she couldnt hear me when I was talking. So I proceed to order as the worker huffs and puffs about what I wanted. Worst customer service I have ever had. I had to walk out because my business seemed like an inconvenience to this worker. Do better!!!

I placed a mobile order while my son was at a baseball tournament. The goal was to eat subs on the way home. We drove a little ways before opening our bag which left us about 30 minutes away. While this is my fault for not opening the bag earlier, I did not make the mistake of making the wrong since sub order. I was told I had to come back to the store to get my refund of $7.83. it could not be placed back on my card. I find this to be terrible customer service practice. I'm not going to all the trouble to call the 800 Subway number to get my $7 back. I feel that this is the responsibility of the business. I did not make a mistake. I would hope that this independently privately owned Subway would do the right thing and get me my refund. Please comment back to this post if you would like my order number so that you can make this wrong right.

Only gave 1 star because there isn't a no star option. Went to Subway today, Monday Jan 27th around 4:30 for the first time in quite a while. Had never been to the Albion store. Worst Subway experience in my 30 years of eating Subway.

The owners of this store should be ashamed.
Walked in and the place was empty. Was not greeted by the woman behind the counter. Was grumbled at unpleasantly when I greeted her very pleasantly ,asking how she was. Didn't ask me how she could help me or what I wanted to order. I then placed my order for 1, 12 inch sub.
The entire time she made my sandwich she moved slow as molasses and gave the vibe that she REALLY wasn't happy I was there to order or maybe she really wasn't happy to be there. IDK. But no excuse either way.
Then she proceeded to make the worst sub I've ever seen from subway, by only caring to fill 3/4 of the bun with ingredients. I guess she just lost motivation after that. Lol. I watched in awe thinking she`d fix it but nope.
Then I come here to find not one but several reviews stating almost the exact experience and wondering how this lady still works there, and I wonder the same. And it's apparently been going on for a long time. I'll never go there again.

Again. The owners of this store should be ashamed. I'm surprised they are still in business. I can't imagine how much money they have lost because of this lady and to think what a slap in the face it is to the community.

We ordered two sandwiches from here. The tuna wrap came with everything BUT tuna. The sub was ordered & requested with Light Mayo, it was dripping with Mayo. Will never order frm here again.
