A great find downtown Albion. Fresh ingredients!! Appetizers and pizza are amazing. Stop in for a bite to eat, you’ll be glad you did.

We ordered takeout here with high hopes. But the quality of food and portion size did absolutely not match the price. The Burger patty was moist and juicy, which is the only positive thing I can really say about the food. Similar to other reviews, we found the food was absolutely not hand made, (maybe barring the burger - which was missing toppings), and felt like a GFS special. Truly a disappointment, I hope they can turn things around because we prefer to support local businesses, and the staff were warm and friendly.

Great food and a pretty cool owner. I messed up and ordered a pizza with an ingredient I can't eat, they immediately made me a replacement and were beyond accommodating about it all. It was absolutely an error on my part and they went above and beyond to correct it for me. The pizza was awesome, fresh and HOT! (Both of them came out hot and looking amazing.) Our app, fried pickles, came before the pizza and our drinks were refilled quickly. The restaurant was clean and comfortable. We will absolutely be back!

Great if your carnivore. Beef tallow used in the fryer and clarified butter used in the grill. They have a section for carnivore and they even have prime rib on the weekend.
Also a great place if you aren’t a drinker since they have a selection of NA cocktails!

2nd time we had been there. Our first experience was good! This time we took family I guess we weren’t that thrilled with the “end of the month” Fed up Friday rudeness that the waitresses and staff do to their customers! Food was pretty good however we were the only people in there for a bit and then some more customers came in. Not sure if we were the right crowd for the rudeness and not sure how well this really does go over in a small town.
I don’t usually write reviews but it was disappointing we felt like we couldn’t ask for anything extra! Daughter in law didn’t want tomatoes or onion on her burger and the waitress said you have hands take them off.
Four of us and the bill was $100 plus!
We prob won’t go there for a while and definitely not the last Friday of the month!!

Although I now live near Austin TX, Albion is my hometown. I usually get back 3-4 times a year to see family. On this visit, I noticed the Trackside Eatery & Pub. We decided to give it a try but I didn’t expect much. Very pleasantly surprised. The place was fresh, nicely decorated, bright, quiet, clean and roomy. The food was very good (especially if you like comfort food) and the portions were big. Some have complained about the price, but I found it on par with similar restaurants nationwide (but no, it’s not cheap bar or fast food. It’s a real meal). I travelled for over 40 years for business and have eaten at thousands of restaurants. This place has excellent value for the money and I am looking forward to sampling breakfast and lunch on future visits. Excellent service and a special shout out to Laraya. She was a super server, with a smile, who checked on us several times asking about refills and our overall satisfaction. Two thumbs up!

I like supporting local business' and I don't like leaving bad reviews however....I ordered a pizza online, it was a large conductor add pineapple- for the $30 that this cost it should've been piled w/toppings, there was hardly any meat but tons of pineapple- and after standing there for 10 minutes waiting when there were no other customers except 3 people leaving- it wasn't even hot when brought out to me buy the waiter at the bar who went to see where it was. I heard the girl who went in the back to check on my pizza and a guy in the kitchen laughing it up- I'm sorry but it was very bland tasting, hardly any meat, barely warm and extremely over priced- I wish the business well but I won't spend my $ there again.

My kids and I ate in there just a little while ago and the food, atmosphere, and service was all amazing. The pizza is great, I was shocked and overjoyed you had sweet tea, and my kids were treated great by our waitress! I already can’t wait to come back.
