Great place
Best way to get to Russell Island if you know someone who keeps their boat here (thanks Uncle Jimmy!)
I slipped at AHC for 6 seasons. Loved it. Management overall does a good job maintaining the property and slips. Multiple fun activities for both adults and children throughout the season. Fair pricing.
Well maintained grounds. The burger was one of the best I've ever had. One server was a little rude but I can understand that happening on a busy holiday weekend, late night and dealing with drunks

Nice harbor. Little tight entrance. Nice folks in office and met some nice people while there. Nice walkable town. Fun to watch the ferry bring cars from the islands.

Saturday, June 28th we were on our way by boat to Port o call for lunch. On our way we lost an engine. We idled to AHC on one engine with no power steering. The gents working harbor master were very helpful with getting us docked in a transient slip. I paid for one night while I decided what to do with my mechanical issue and after a few hours decided to have tow boat tow my boat back to my home in Harrison twp. I let the harbor masters know I would not be staying the night- i did not ask for any credit but they went out of their way to off up a partial refund. I thought that was the cherry on top of their already excellent customer service. Thanks again and cant wait to come back!
We've held our Yacht Club's annual end-of year rendezvous weekend here for the past few years. They are very gracious hosts. Good docks, water, and power. Grassy area with picnic tables behind the docks. Clean bathrooms with showers. Restaurant, outside bar, and pool. Very helpful staff and very clean facilities. We highly recommend them and will definitely be back!
We always have an awesome experience at Algonac Harbor Club. Everyone is helpful and very friendly, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable! Thank you to Don, Anthony, Mike, Graham, and Andrew for your top notch service!!
