They were so slammed. I walked in to get my 2 drinks to get out of their way. The young lady at the counter had our drinks and made my sons have a chocolate syrup smiley! So cute 🥰

They're always so kind and try their hardest to get to you quickly, even when they're non stop busy. They wrote out Happy Birthday on paper with drawn balloons and taped it to my bag. It was so sweet

I put a mobile order in and this is the McFlurry that arrives at my vehicle. Only maybe half filled and certainly not worth the $4.50 it cost. They have young kids working who don’t even care what they give out but this is ridiculous.

This is something I would say is a lack of customer service. I put in my order in the app. Went to go pick it up. Just 3 frappes, nothing major. Pull up to the window, gave him my order number and proceeded to the window. Once I got to the window I was informed that they weren't going to fill my order. The gentleman then proceeded to tell me that he didn't know why the app let me order it in the first place. Cancelled my order and refunded me. Never bothered to offer any type of compensation or even ask if there was anything else I wanted in place of it. They cost me time and gas for nothing. I ended up going to DQ in buying my crew their version of the frappe.

I mobile ordered breakfast realllly close to the cut off but thankfully the amazing morning workers were still able to complete my order. I love the morning crew!!!
