Ok this was about the best meal I have haf from any McDonald's. Definitely recomend

This is something I would say is a lack of customer service. I put in my order in the app. Went to go pick it up. Just 3 frappes, nothing major. Pull up to the window, gave him my order number and proceeded to the window. Once I got to the window I was informed that they weren't going to fill my order. The gentleman then proceeded to tell me that he didn't know why the app let me order it in the first place. Cancelled my order and refunded me. Never bothered to offer any type of compensation or even ask if there was anything else I wanted in place of it. They cost me time and gas for nothing. I ended up going to DQ in buying my crew their version of the frappe.

I mobile ordered breakfast realllly close to the cut off but thankfully the amazing morning workers were still able to complete my order. I love the morning crew!!!

I dont know what all these bad reviews are about. The workers are super nice. They let me use a code once I got to the window since it wouldn't work in the drive through. I have a 10 minute wait or less every time. I'm a local in Algonac and I get their food alot and it's always amazing. One thing is I would like the fries to be a bit saltier but they are still good. If you get a sunde or frappe if you ask for more Carmel or anything they will give it to you.

Why do they make you pull into a spot and wait for your food?????? Food is never hot
Slackers!! Waited 20 minutes for food which was was almost cold by the time we got it. Put our food in bags instead of on a tray. Forgot sauce for the nuggets. Also there was a DoorDasher that had been waiting on an order for over 20 minutes. Very little focus on the job here. At least on the late shift.

McDonald's is McDonald's. This one is always busy so the drive thru line always has cars. We went and the line was too long so we went inside. Unfortunately, a worked was sitting on the curb right in front of the door smoking. Really!!!!! Go walk to the back of the parking lot! Egg McMuffin, coffee and cigarettes!!!!🤮
