So I'm standing here waiting for an order two people come in to place an order however they are out of medium cups.The clerk doesn't offer a large size cup, due to the fact of them being out of medium cups, I'm guessing because of a management screw-up.Instead he says they have to pay for the large cup ....Can't be more than 50 cents, but the fact that you ran out of medium cups is not the customer's problem.how is this even feasible?

Me and my boyfriend are pretty frequent customers here and this is not the first time we have had a problem with our order or had a problem waiting. In the past we felt bad for the people that worked there because it would get so busy. But lately, i have not been feeling bad because every-time we order, they seem to mess something of ours up even though we will be waiting there for at least 15-20 minutes for our food. For example tonight, my boyfriend and i got mcdonald's for dinner. He ordered a big mac with NO cheese, extra big max sauce, and onions. It seems like they PURPOSELY messed up his order because there was a huge mess of cheese all over his bun and patty, no onions and no big mac sauce like he had ordered. It's extra annoying to spend money on a place that can't even read their orders correct. We get it it gets busy, but at least read the order properly before you're about to cook it and send it out. I thought the chesterfield mcdonald's was bad? this one is just as worse as that one. Please do better.

Ordered my food from the Kiosk, didn't get a receipt both sides of the Kiosk were outta paper, had to wait for a couple of kids to figure out my order. Didn't get napkins, straws or a drink carrier. When I did ask for a carrier the kid brought me 2 stuck together and they were damp and smelled like mold and had nasty stuff like mold on them.Seems like every time I go to Algonac there is always an issue. Definitely won't be going back to that one. I'll go to St. Clair. Oh and I still didn't get my receipt.

Worst customer service ever!! Drive to McDonald’s in New Baltimore

So the McDonald's in Algonac my order was a 20 piece nugget and along with that I had a dead fly included in my nugget box. The staff got an attitude because I asked for a fresh order. In all honesty I should have gotten a refund and a fresh order if they were any kind of respectful business.Also just a heads up they use their dirty mop bucket water to wash there tables down also.
