Solid all around as far as Taco Bell goes. It's not fine dining, some of y'all's expectations are pretty silly. Always great customer service here, and despite some normal issues with any fast food location, always on point with my order (even when I customize items online). Drive thru employees are usually great to deal with too which is a pleasant change of pace from most drive thru businesses.

I'd like to stop waisting money here , I want food not uncooked quesodilla after being told out of meat again, way unprepared everyday kinda sucks. I love taco bell and I wish I didn't move here having to deal with this one

It took over 30 minutes to go through the drive through. They didn’t give me the drink I ordered. Didn’t want to have to wait another 30 mins just to get a drink so I went on home and had the completely wrong order. I didn’t get one freaking thing that I ordered. WHAT A FREAKING JOKE. DO BETTER! And get these people some help! There was hardly no one in there working! They also were out of ground beef?! So I had to order something new which is the steak and cheese tacodilla I was looking forward to try because they don’t have that in TN where I am from. I’m so pissed.

This location breaks my heart. Sometimes its great, sometimes its quite bad. Today was in the middle, not the worst, but not quite right. Old dry tortillas, overcooked potatoes, and overcooked chalupa. Ive had better food from this location after midnight than I just did at dinner time. Please learn quality control, I know you can do it! Im not mad, just disappointed.

Best bet is ordering late at night. 80% of the time I order it’s messed up. Extra $2.50 for tomatoes? Good luck getting them. No sour cream on your meal? Might have one taco without it. Taco Bell food tastes great but quit charging me for items when you can’t even read and get the order right. I’m better off buying a tomato from the store to make sure I have it
It’s extremely over priced. On top of that… I just got the worst food poisoning of my life from here.

It's one thing if the food is bad which it wasn't, but when the employees are ignorant to the customers, then I've got something to say! I ordered two small items from the value meal which would have been quick to prepare however people walked in use the kiosk and got their food and left before I got taken care of. Finally when it did come, she pushed it on the counter I stopped it from falling off and I said you're welcome because she had turned around and walked away from me. I asked her what the store number was and she refused to give it to me! I'm not very happy with Taco Bell and won't be coming back! What makes me mad is corporate doesn't do Jack about it!

Walked in, waited to be ordered on. In the time I was waiting. Or one word about ordering on a kiosk. I never use the kiosk and was disappointed and left. Definitely won't be back. The time before the food was far below any taco bell I have been to, bad service, using a kiosk, and sub par food even for taco bell just seals it. I suggest avoiding this store until they make big changes.
