They were SO SO slow they were coughing into the food and laughing the whole time. They started making the food 10 minutes after I ordered it. I only ordered 3 things and 1 drink that came almost 50 minutes after I ordered it.

Absolutely the worst. They didn’t give what I ordered. Then when asked about the food I ordered they said it’s not our problem. We will never be back and they need to teach the workers especially Jamie how to deal with customers. Very disappointed.

I had a great experience at Taco Bell! The food was fresh, tasty, and made just right. I especially want to mention Jamie — she gives amazing service every time! She’s friendly, fast, and always makes sure everything is perfect. Definitely one of the best Taco Bell locations around!

Solid all around as far as Taco Bell goes. It's not fine dining, some of y'all's expectations are pretty silly. Always great customer service here, and despite some normal issues with any fast food location, always on point with my order (even when I customize items online). Drive thru employees are usually great to deal with too which is a pleasant change of pace from most drive thru businesses.

I'd like to stop waisting money here , I want food not uncooked quesodilla after being told out of meat again, way unprepared everyday kinda sucks. I love taco bell and I wish I didn't move here having to deal with this one

It took over 30 minutes to go through the drive through. They didn’t give me the drink I ordered. Didn’t want to have to wait another 30 mins just to get a drink so I went on home and had the completely wrong order. I didn’t get one freaking thing that I ordered. WHAT A FREAKING JOKE. DO BETTER! And get these people some help! There was hardly no one in there working! They also were out of ground beef?! So I had to order something new which is the steak and cheese tacodilla I was looking forward to try because they don’t have that in TN where I am from. I’m so pissed.
This location breaks my heart. Sometimes its great, sometimes its quite bad. Today was in the middle, not the worst, but not quite right. Old dry tortillas, overcooked potatoes, and overcooked chalupa. Ive had better food from this location after midnight than I just did at dinner time. Please learn quality control, I know you can do it! Im not mad, just disappointed.

Best bet is ordering late at night. 80% of the time I order it’s messed up. Extra $2.50 for tomatoes? Good luck getting them. No sour cream on your meal? Might have one taco without it. Taco Bell food tastes great but quit charging me for items when you can’t even read and get the order right. I’m better off buying a tomato from the store to make sure I have it
