Absolutely horrible!!! The meat was hard , cold , burnt ! The fries were completely cold ! This place needs brand new management, and employees that are not lazy and that will keep up with fresh hot food every single time for every single customer!! They can learn a lot from Culver's and hot n now !

I ordered 2 double whopper with cheese meals and a jr whopper meal what I got was 2 single whopper meals without cheese the only part that was right was the jr whopper and its meel and I live to far just to take it back quality isn't just about the food it's about getting the order right as well

Ordered 2 chicken wrap meals and neither one had lettuce or tomato on them which was disappointing. How smart do you gotta be to make a simple chicken wrap? They also are terrible with not filling the fry boxes. This place is always a 1 star in my book.
This place is the worst. It’s a zoo exhibit for methheads and teenage burnouts. Waited 5 minutes at the speaker with no answer. Then when I pull to the window the girl tells me to pull around behind 4 cars.
Ice cold burger. Good fries. Wrong burger. Over charged for meal and drink. This used to be a good BK.

Had a long day and had ordered dinner so I could eat on the way home & go to bed. Ordered with no mayo, got with mayo, threw it out as no one would eat it.
