It's worth the 20 minute drive to another city for McDonald's, this place is an absolute joke, only car in line and takes 30 minutes for an order, and then they make you pull forward and forget what you ordered. When we finally got our order, we were missing half of it and didn't have time to wait to get it fixed. Will never be back again. Every time I come here there is always something wrong with my food or order, it's mind boggling that this McDonald's location is still in business.

This is the least McDonald's in Kalamazoo that I would go to It actually takes quite a while to get through the drive-thru and the staff is not very helpful I guess very busy to where they get distracted pretty easy and are not very pleasant to be around at times I know it can get hard at restaurants that are busy but communication is the best key and your customers should come first!

I just went threw ordered a bigmac meal no pickle extra onion there's pickle on it and no extra onion. fries were cold .. amd u had to pull me forward for my food and couldnt get it right

They're better then any McDonald's in Grand rapids or kzoo I've been to

The food and cleanliness of the restaurant was good. However to order and pay with cash with a live person, they acted put out and frustrated to have to interact and take an order!
They're back to being terrible on the weekend. The good customer service was nice while it lasted .....not sure why they can't copy Plainwell McDonald's.
