Just left this Subway and I will never go there again. I've never had a Subway tell me I could not have spinach instead of lettuce, told me it was corporate rules and that if they came in and caught them they would get in trouble. I've never wanted lettuce I've always had spinach, it was right there in the bin next to the lettuce, yet I'm not allowed to have spinach. If I had an option to go with zero stars I would!

I ordered a bmt and they sent my son home with a veggie sub and would not refund my money or my sub at all drove 30 mins in total to get something I will not eat at all waste of money an time on July 17th night shift bad service in all I asked politely to be refunded or remake my sub they flat out said no well their goes business from my family

Ordered Tuna wrap and a BLT. Wanted pickles on tuna told them so . No pickles. My BLT was 3 strips of bacon Mayo and bread . Where was the lettuce and tomato? A BLT?was told that a BLT doesn't have lettuce and tomato .he sounded like a 17 year old. Even though they messed up I was in the wrong. Went on their website and it says lettuce and tomato included on this sandwich Would not give me the owners phone number.

Best subs from any Subway I've ever been to. Fresh bread, lots of meat and veggies without being messy. Staff was very professional and courteous. I left my purse at the table and drove back to Kalamazoo ? the staff put it in the office for safe keeping. NOTHING was out of place or missing. Just all around a good place and staff with a great work ethic. What's my local Subway was this good ?
