I ordered a bmt and they sent my son home with a veggie sub and would not refund my money or my sub at all drove 30 mins in total to get something I will not eat at all waste of money an time on July 17th night shift bad service in all I asked politely to be refunded or remake my sub they flat out said no well their goes business from my family

Ordered Tuna wrap and a BLT. Wanted pickles on tuna told them so . No pickles. My BLT was 3 strips of bacon Mayo and bread . Where was the lettuce and tomato? A BLT?was told that a BLT doesn't have lettuce and tomato .he sounded like a 17 year old. Even though they messed up I was in the wrong. Went on their website and it says lettuce and tomato included on this sandwich Would not give me the owners phone number.

Online orders suck. They get canceled if you don’t tip or use a promo code. Skimpy on the toppings too.
Best subs from any Subway I've ever been to. Fresh bread, lots of meat and veggies without being messy. Staff was very professional and courteous. I left my purse at the table and drove back to Kalamazoo ? the staff put it in the office for safe keeping. NOTHING was out of place or missing. Just all around a good place and staff with a great work ethic. What's my local Subway was this good ?

Ordered the new chicken cheese dipper. It was so flat , it looked like it was stepped on. No chicken what so ever and hard. The manager said that’s how it turns out when it’s done. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this at all.

Parking: This isn't really somewhere that people stay and eat. The parking is not a parking lot really it's just some space to park, run in and run out.
