Went to the grill house for dinner. I think our server was too busy and it took forever to get food (we were there 2 1/2 hours). Many of our items were messed up and what added insult to injury was we were charged for all of the mistakes they made. We have always enjoyed Grill House but after tonight I think it will be a while before we return.

Excellent. We sat in the bar area and the bartender was our server, he did an amazing job virtually by himself back there. The food was top tier.

My husband and I went here for Valentines dinner. The decor looks like a scene from Kitchen Nightmares- drab, plastic table covers, and weird paintings. The steaks were over $50 each by the time we paid them to cook them for us. We ordered calamari and it was bland and oily with generic cocktail sauce. We order calamari often and this was the worst we’ve ever had. I sent it back and the waitress brought us the fried cheese cubes instead - which were delicious. Our waitress and hostess were both super nice. The steaks had zero salt and pepper or seasoning on them. We ordered the strip and ribeye which were tender, nice cuts of meat but they had zero seasoning or basting. Baked potato had rotten corners that I cut off and zero seasoning. The baked beans were straight from a can. Salad was drenched in “house” dressing and bagged ice berg lettuce. The croutons were drenched in oil and fried. The Texas toast was dredged in oil and grilled - gross. The peppercorn sauce (extra $3) was an oily gravy sauce. Overall the food was terrible. It was almost $200 to eat here (after 20% tip) and it was absolutely terrible. We will not be going back or recommending it. Also it took over 1 and half hour to get our steaks!

I went there for lunch and got the lumberman‘s burger for $20. The roast beef I think was old and it was cold on top of a burger which was not seasoned. This was quite possibly the worst burger I’ve ever had. I left half of it on the plate

We were in the area and thought we’d stop in. Not gonna lie. This is a great place. We didn’t do the whole “cook your food” experience…we ate in the bar. Everything was really good. The pizza was solid! Drinks were great. Very casual place with super friendly people.

Both times my husband and I were seated in the middle of a bunch of people right by a chimney stack I hated it. The menu offers no home cooked meals and from what our sever stated the menu was actually cut way down. The servers are great but the food is not what you would expect. The bakers bowls are not clarified as to what exactly is served and they are all served in a baked potato not what they are described as on the menu. The prices are five star prices and two star food quality. I will never ever recommend this place to anyone or will I ever be going back.

We had a group of 10 people on a Sunday when the restaurant was not busy at all. We saw our waitress 3 times in 2 hours. The food was disgusting. They served my mom raw meat. Then they have the audacity to automatically charge 20% gratuity. Lesson learned. Definitely won't be back

We had a great meal and very pleasant waitress who helped us on our choices. Very interactive dinner . It is not the cheapest place around but for a good steak you can't beat it

Had a great lunch once again before heading to the Allegan Fair. Thanks for being open and keeping your patio open. Love this place.

Steph was extremely friendly, very helpful. We grilled our own stakes and the grill. Master was very informative and we were able to cook our steak exactly the way we like it.
