I came in with a group of friends and we played pinball and and ate some. We were the last ones before they closed. It immediately started down pouring. My dad went go grab the car which was parked across town because I didn't want to get soaked and end up freezing. The staff waited patiently and someone even took down one of the seats from the table so I could sit. It was about 15 minutes past closing. I will never forget that. I felt sorry for keeping them but they happily let me wait inside for my dad. As for the food there isn't lots of options for me since I have a very sensitive stomach and digestive system which is unfortunate because the food is great.

Sat at the bar. Had a couple of drinks, well made. Food was great. Made some special requests that actually brought the cook out of the kitchen to verify with us to make sure he got it right. I appreciated the extra effort. Thank you, we will be back.

I love the smash burgers here, they are very yummy! The smoked mayo, omg, delicious. The atmosphere and staff are great too. Wonderful attitude and great service. I will definitely be back when I'm in town working!

Went in with a group of ladies for my sisters birthday. Kayla was our server and she was awesome! Food was great, drinks were prompt, and overall had an awesome time. When our bills came we all agreed on the great prices. I left only 1 star off of 'Atmosphere" for the lack of music... Gotta have some tunes ;)

Could be better but wasn't..I didn't feel like taking picture of what was served to us after 50 minutes. I'm patient. I said nothing. Paid and tipped. Our entire party was much more than just my 4 meals. And there were more problems than timelines. The only acceptable response would've been an apology(from someone other than the waiter) or even just updates (other than I'm so sorry they are working on it). Not for waiting 50min for food, not for broken halved burger, not for warm beer, or items we couldn't order but, for the fact *we would've had to complain to make it right*(we didn't complain because some other table was already doing so). They should have known their situation, they should have known their customer was having an exceptionally long wait, they should have known the food didn't go out right, they should have known to make it right, right then. I'm not here to bash them, everyone I could see there that day was working hard. My food although disproportionate had really good flavors and ingredients. I am here to say, don't pick and choose your customers. Give everyone the same consideration you would expect for yourself with the shoe on the other foot plus gratitude. A good conversation and humility could've made this a 4 or 5 star. I'm from here so, good people, good food, good times. Love the arcade and overall approach of the business. Could recommend a few great books. Since they couldn't even put a fake apology to my wife's review after they read it I felt obligated to write mine. For context I have 30 years in retail, 25 in management, have traveled across US multiple times for multiple companies eating all along the way, and I am just a nobody trying to help. I do recommend giving them a shot, GO HERE, just pay attention to what's going on for yourself. They probably get things right most of the time. I don't check my Internet stuff so you'll have to just address others that have had a bad experience and make it right with them. As for me I'll be in eventually, it's a small town and I look forward to an amazing experience next time. I'll update this when that happens. Thanks for reading sorry for ranting.

Being my first time here, I was impressed by the quality of the food, design and cleanliness of this location, and especially pleased with my server Allie being so professional and friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back with many more clients!

3 burgers with chips, side order of fries, cheese curds, pretzels bites and a kids meal. Took 55mins,never complained we were ok waiting but 4 tables came in after us they ordered, ate and left before we got our food. Took one bite and could not taste any hamburger. I was going to say something but the owner was already defending and not apologizing to another family that waited just as long as we did. Do not recommend the food when it did come out pretzel bites were burnt and 2 hamburgers had cut up half patties. This is the 3rd time(bad food every time) we have tried Tilt and won't be back. Too bad we like to support our local businesses but the owner telling off another family and no one offering us a sorry for our wait or incomplete food. Also the bartender offered my aunts warm beer because they were out of cold ones. They were highly offended.
