They have gotten better. Last few times I have visited the location I have been greeted and the food quality is still decent. Still missing items from orders but far better than others.

Why is it everytime I come to this place more than half of the employees are outside smoking? I feel bad for the ones that actually work. The ones that are outside make the place look trashy. Getting paid to sit outside and smoke and you wonder why everybody is waiting 20 mins for their food. End of rant!

And... we have a winner!! This Allegan, Wendy's location, had the filthiest bathroom my husband has ever seen. Poo on the toilet seats and on the bathroom floor. It definitely hadn't been looked at and cleaned in over two hours. We visited this location on 07/23/25 @ 10:59am (location # 2014). Very disappointing!
Service was friendly and nice....forgot the salad but went back and was there and apologized. Clean and fresh food. Will stop again

Can’t complain about the food, but service is garbage. Wait in line for 15 min while watching three people work on french fries with no on register. Online ordering here is a joke as well. They get it made but will still take you 20 minutes to get.
