This location has been going strong for at least 35 years and it's just as good as ever! Obviously a great place for a scoop or two, but I highly recommend the ice cream cakes for birthdays and other special occasions. Lots of happy memories here!
Ordered a total of 4 items, approximately $35 worth of expensive ice cream, clarified this order 4 times to the woman behind the counter. I received only 3 and when I ask about the 4th she says "well you didn't say that" and I did to you, 4 times. Didn't even offer to make it for me just an "oh well, sorry." Third time coming here where you've screwed my order up somehow, I won't ever be back, Culver's or DQ for us now, where they don't make simple mistakes and the prices are half of yours. Over $9 for a large chocolate shake is insane. Get it together as a franchise owner because that's ridiculous.

Best service ever!!!!! You won't be disappointed. I didn't know I had to pre order the Turkey ice cream cake and I waited for the last minute thinking I can just go to the store and pick one up. Nope! I had to call at least 5 stores around me and they all said they're out of stock- some even hanged up on me as soon as they said no . I really wanted it for my kids birthday so this store at Allen park called me back same day within a few minutes and asked me if I'm still interested in one and I said yes. They told me it'll be ready in a few hours and they called me much sooner saying they finished it and it's ready for pickup. Seriously they went above and beyond to satisfy me as a customer and cater to me. I won't ever forget that. The baker was so sweet and helpful. I'm a forever customer at this location on Allen road. God bless you all! Thank you!!!!

The ice cream was fine but the man behind the counter, who was initially somewhat nice, immediately changed his tune and snapped at the kids to hurry up and order as soon as other customers walked in the door. I was going to order one more item to go and decided against it because the man behind the counter became so rude out of nowhere and the kids were too uncomfortable.
