I placed a mobile order for two lattes. When I got to the speaker nobody answered period. So I wait and wait and decide to finally pull up to the window. I get to the window and wait a minute and somebody comes up and tells me they're opener didn't show up so it's going to be at least 10 minutes. So I tell them I have to go to the airport really fast and I'll come back in a half hour. I come back in a half hour Tell them what my order was and then I sit for 15 minutes and wait. Then I'm finally told their espresso machine is down So I will have to get a refund on the app. But I placed the mobile order through their website and as a guest not with an official account. So I don't know how to do that. Then they took my name and number and told me a manager would call me back for a refund. So I placed an order.. had to come back for it later so I came here twice and still don't have a refund or my drinks. Crazy. The shift manager was really nice and I feel sorry for her as a manager. She explained the espresso machine is really old and not working right. Well maybe the company should buy you guys a new espresso machine before 7 Brew takes all of your business. I was actually relieved that I ordered coffee from biggby when I saw the line at seven Brew.. and now I'm regretting not going to 7brew. If you guys want to make money you have to spend money on equipment. Get your team members a new espresso machine so they don't have to deal with angry customers like me because they were really nice. But it is BAD BUSINESS to let an unhappy customer leave without their money or coffee.

My husband and I went today to try a couple new drinks and omg we were so happy . I got the new salted caramel mocha latte and it is beyond amazing and delicious and my husband got the salted mocha caramel cold brew with sweet foam and he was in heaven and he doesn't care much for the sweet foam and he was highly impressed. 10/10 recommend

Went through the drive thru at this location one morning before work,the experience was efficient, and pleasant. Upon returning one afternoon ; drive thru once again , polar opposite experience. The drinks where watered down and the service abysmal. Suggestion -go in the morning but for the afternoon go inside.

was here at 8:45 in the morning, was ordering my food n drink thru the drive thru and when i ordered she repeated my drink back wrong so i spoke up a little louder so she could hear me and after i ordered my food i was not yelling, just speaking louder for her to hear, she started yelling thru the speaker back to me, repeating everything back but shouting it thru the speaker on purpose and she woke my baby in the backseat 👎very childish and petty, if u got my order wrong when i first said it and I'm trying to tell u my order from the passenger, im going to speak up, dont need to be yelled at, and if i didnt have my baby in the back i wouldve confronted who said it at the drive thru!

The most pleasant place everytime I visit, always a friendly welcoming greeting and experience. This morning, March 26th at 6ish am, the guy at the front window was fantastic, he definitely got my day started off in a great mood and he deserves a raise! Didn't catch his name. Overall a solid place to start your morning with some caffeine.
