Always a hit or miss at this location and the customer experience for me feels awkward. The service is the same no matter what time you go, lots of gnats flying around not sure why. Ordered Matcha and drank a mouthful of powder. Ordered the same drink a different time and got more milk than anything š. Stick to the coffee her it's simple and clean. The only plus is the bagels.

Everytime I come here the service is outstanding! See my bf ordered a drink thru the app but HE, not the baristas, made a mistake ordering hot instead of frozen and the associate Jay remade the drink he had wanted with no questions asked and was very polite about it! Included coupons for the trouble as well ā¤ļø & both versions of the drink, hot & frozen, were delicious (definitely made with love!) the manager Dev was very kind as well!! I'll never go to the Southfield Rd Bigby again.. plus the service there is always subpar and drinks wrong even when ordered correctly.. but the service and deliciousness of the drinks at the outer drive location made my our day. If they see this thank you guys soooooo much, nothing like a great coffee with even better customer service! šš

Very strange things going on at this bigb coffee shop. I never go inside always through the driver thru and one time I had a sneezing and coughing fit at the menu speaker (Iām photosensitive I canāt control these allergic reactions to the sun that make me sneeze and cough) where you order and when this happened today the day of this review I was refused service do to my medical condition but they wouldnāt tell me why they were refusing me service the lady at the window claimed I make multiple staff uncomfortable . How I only ever go through the drive thru I order the same things and Iām always polite . Could it be the window girls are all Muslim and hate on me for listening to Christian music? Could it really be because I had a sneezing fit at the drive thru speaker? I donāt know the young girl at the window said only I know why sheās refusing me service ! But no I donāt know why ! Is it racism? Well if the owner of the location lets its stand and doesnāt reprimand his staff Iāll make sure to always ask if he owns the franchise cause if he lets it stand I will make sure none of my hard earned money goes to his stores period . Iāll go Starbucks for all I care .

I ordered a butter bear latte here today They gave me a different drink.. so I told the employee this is wrong drink I didn't order this ..he was very rude and told me to have a good day instead of trying to fix the order, he sent me on my way..

I used to come here every day but their staff changes every summer and fall and I havenāt gotten a good drink in so long. They arenāt blending the frozen drinks enough so I can still taste the ice, or it just tastes horrible. Last time they gave me a coconut drink which wasnāt what I ordered at all. Just go to Caribou I switched theyāre faster, never mess up my drink, and you can order online to pick up.
