I used to come here every day but their staff changes every summer and fall and I haven’t gotten a good drink in so long. They aren’t blending the frozen drinks enough so I can still taste the ice, or it just tastes horrible. Last time they gave me a coconut drink which wasn’t what I ordered at all. Just go to Caribou I switched they’re faster, never mess up my drink, and you can order online to pick up.

The customer service is terrible specifically from one girl. She’s extremely rude, has an attitude, not friendly and speaks with a condescending disrespectful tone to customers.
Description: skinny african american girl with green eyes.
She forgot to give me one of my orders before and I called the customer service number and explained the situation, they took my number but never followed up or gave me a refund.
On another occasion the store was still open and she was at the drive thru window and refused to acknowledge the customers or take orders.
Never going back to that location ever again because of her.

They need to open at 4am or 5am people need lattes on the way to work!
I arrived at 6;42 on a Sunday. It literally says they open at 6am 7 days a week. Inside was lit up but drive through menu had no lights. I pull to window and a young lady with a covering over her head looks at me and just walks away and I’m confused. I thought that was very rude. So I park and wait until someone unlocks door to go in. I let them know online it says open at 6am I know this isn’t the first time someone has came at this time. PLEASE update your time if it’s incorrect. Everyone uses google for directions and times of openings & closings. I had somewhere to be at 7 and wouldn’t have wasted my time:/

Used to be really good but recently they’ve been terrible. Last 3 times me and my mother have went they messed it up. First time gave my mom a spice of life tea latte when i clearly said sugar and spice latte. This could be forgiven, but the next time I tried they gave me a pumpkin spice. I decided to take it because I didn’t want a hold up in line. This time they once again give me a spice of life tea latte. The staff is very friendly and remade it. Proceeds to again give me a pumpkin spice replacement which also didnt have the extra shot I paid for. Never coming back, this place really went downhill which I assume is the owners fault considering I see new staff every time I go there.

Worst experience ever. I arrived at 6:45pm on Sunday September 8th… a sign at the door said they are short staffed therefore lobby is closed. I head around to the window to ask if my son could use the bathroom. My son is 7 years of age who has been holding it and needed to go urgently. I also had intentions of ordering something but the women who I think is the shift manager was extremely rude and ignorant. Would not listen to my request and basically shut the window in my face. I’ve been to this location before and never experienced any issues. But this one time by this one lady who I assume is the shift manager was so rude and had no remorse. Even my son questioned me about her rudeness and I couldn’t even provide him a reason why. The odd thing is they had three members on staff at the moment and yet the lobby is closed with nobody in there or in line through drive thru. I will never go back to this location as long as she is there.
