I'm new to Biggby. But this new location by my house is great! The staff are always so nice! Even giving my daughter a sticker the other day! It's the little things that keep me loyal to businesses! Huston is always so kind and just a sweetheart! She makes my day every time I'm there. Thank you!

To the young lady who told me that I should park in the back when I come with the items apparently I took a park in space that I shouldn't have.I don't know.I'm sixty years old taking care of an eighty year old bedridden mother.If I have to go around a block that's a little bit more gas.I have to use, i need every single penny I can get. I don't get aid. This is my only income. I'm lucky if I make $40 just please understand I wasn't being rude when I told you there is no other parking spaces.
All I know is I delivered your items on time.And I did it with pride.

My drink was made complete wrong. It Wasn’t even the right flavor. How hard is it to make a caramel marvel? It’s CARAMEL. my bagel was made with no gloves on and this girl had been wiping her face ahead of time. Tried this locations months ago and the same girl has had the same attitude then and now. Completely rushed on the drive thru speaker and absolutely rude service when I complained about my drink today. I let it go last time but not today. She was short and had brown hair. she insisted that is what I ordered when I didn’t even say I wanted a hot drink. She had also practically shoved the bagel into my face when receiving. I definitely do not recommend this location to anybody. It seems like a bunch of kids run this place and don’t give a crap about the drinks they’re putting out. Who’s there boss?! And ALSO how about you teach them how to make a simple drink, I worked at biggby for 4 years at a different location and know that it should not be that hard to make an iced caramel marvel. It also shouldn’t take almost 10 minutes for me to get one drink. Worst drive through experience I’ve had is quite some time.

Ordered beverages, staff made it wrong. Blonde women at window was rude. Handed me wrong beverages as I corrected her in a polite manner. As I corrected her she said I was rude, as she apparently can’t please my order she refunded my money in cash as I paid with card and told Me to go on my way. Went to an another Biggby in Allen park and was treated with respect. Been coming to this Biggby since opening day as I live .5 miles away and patronized everyday. This has been the second time I have received horrible service and I’ve owned businesses in the community. Will no longer patronize and tell others not as well. This is not a way to support community and a current public school educator. I will gladly take my business elsewhere and recommend community members not to patronage if manners are not corrected and this is not addressed

@steve the owner, This BIGGBY is getting a rap for being slow and incorrect orders/poorly made items… I didn’t mind that because they are new. About 2 months ago, I came in and there was a young lady there (that has been fired sense than) she did not toast my turkey Havarty I came back, she again did not toast it and this time I noticed right away because the sandwich was cold , I came back a third time from the same issue walked up to the window and said I just want a refund I’m not hungry anymore and if I was this is cold and has one thin piece of meat on it, she said this is how I was taught to make it, I said by not toasting it ? the other employee (supervisor maybe) ? Said please let me remake this for you, being as I go there 3X a day I said ok because I didn’t want problems . She remade it and said do you want to check? I said no, I’m sure it correct because I can feel that it’s hot like it usually is, I never ate that sandwich of fear that something was done to it. Before this incident I had been buying this sandwich for months and never a problem. Today I go in, (two months after the incident) and a different employee comes to the window and says just so you know if you want your bagel extra toasted you need to say something at the speaker or it’s going to be as is . I said I didn’t ask for that, she said I know but the owner told us you like your bagel extra toasted an I wanted to make sure we are on the same page.. I said you’re talking about an incident with an employee that no longer works here because she couldn’t do her job properly and I don’t think it’s funny, I came back 3 times that day because she gave me a raw bagel, I never asked for a special treatment and never had an issue after that, she said I know I just wanted to make sure we are on the same page , I said did I ask this time? She said no. I said did you toast it extra this time? She said no.. I said I never had a problem with the sandwich I’ve been eating for months before and after that incident . She didn’t respond. It’s very unprofessional to start an argument with a customer at the window for something that happened months ago .. it let me know they have been talking about me this whole time and I go there 3 times a day to over pay for products that they typically don’t get right, this is just inappropriate on so many levels and idk how I feel about going back but I would like to talk to Steve the owner about this .

I ordered a spotted owl iced, and the entire drink tasted bitter and burnt. If you’re a coffee shop isn’t your entire job to make coffee correctly? So why is it that you used burnt coffee beans for my $8 drink that I now won’t drink and I’m not driving back to the location. And even if I wanted to call for a refund I can’t because they don’t have a business number to call and they didn’t even give me a receipt for my order. I expect more from an establishment that’s been here for decades and charges close to $10 for each drink.

Pulled in ordered a 24oz mocha mocha was horrible 4 big chunks of ice in the bottom drink was over mixed than ordered a 24oz cider with blood orange and mango took them over 5 mins to figure out how to enter my drink than asked me twice if it was a 24oz I said yeah get to the window only to receive a 20oz go to the walk up to tell em it was the wrong size manager was next to the employee..the employee refused kept saying it was ordered as a 20oz manager never stepped in to rectify the situation so we left will never come back to this location
