I visited this location today (2/25/26) and want to give a shout out to Chloe (hope I spelled that correctly). Thank you for being so kind and having a smile on your face this morning. I had no idea what I wanted- she asked me what I liked and made it for me. Absolutely delicious! Thank you again!

Best quality drinks around, super cute building as well. They use real chocolate in their hot chocolate, you can choose milk, dark or white chocolate. I had it with all 3 and it was phenomenal. I Love this place. 10/10

On 10-31 at 12:15pm I ordered a medium pumpkin Shaker, my total was 6.77. As I went to pay a bee flew into my car. Just as this was happening the worker came to the window for me to pay. I quickly scanned my card and tried to get the bee from my car. My coffee came and I left. My card was charged 8.77. I did not leave a tip. In the commotion the worker decided to leave themselves a 2$ tip. I called the store and was given the run around. It ended with you can return to the store for a refund but nothing could be done over the phone. I left my name and number for a manager but never got a call back. I had already left the area so returning for 2$ was a ridiculous ask. Shame on the workers at this store. Leaving yourself a tip and thinking I wouldnt notice was bold. Edit: I left my name and phone number for the store manager and never received a call back. I've also contacted the email the manager provided and was told they've passed my complaint on to the store. There has been no resolution at all. Caribou is letting thier employees get away with taking advantage of customers.
