Love Caribou Coffee, I love my Hot Chai Tea Latte; but also tried a new strawberry pineapple drink. Both are amazing. The staff are always super sweet & kind, very fast even when the drive thru line is super long. Love this little place in Allen Park. Thankful that they are there. Keep up the great work!

Had to repeat my order 3 times, and the person on the speaker was still inputting the wrong things that I had to correct. When i asked for a sandwich they were advertising they said "sorry we don't serve that at this location" Like okay, why is it on your menu? Was then told I can not modify any of the sandwiches, because I wanted sausage egg and cheese on a BAGEL but it only came on a biscuit. Makes me think my $6 sandwich is pre-packaged and microwaved. Making my order at the speaker was full of long, awkward pauses. Fair enough, I can get over all that.. Then I heard the total.. $24 dollars and some change for 2 medium coffees and 2 small biscuit sandwiches? That price already had my mind made up that I wouldn't be back... Then I get to the drive through window and they ask me to TIP them at the drive through? Nah... not happening. Maybe if everything wasn't so over-priced in the first place.. For reference, Biggby right down the street makes my exact same coffee order for over $2 less and it tastes better, plus they don't stick a pin pad out the window in your face asking you for tips like a pan handler. Was just giving this new place a try, hopefully others have better experiences than me, I was not impressed.

Would leave a Yelp review but they dont show up there. First time ever and will be the LAST time ever in my life I visited a Caribou Coffee. Figured Id try them since they sold breakfast. I wanted a sausage egg and cheese on a plain bagel. Was told they cant modify sandwhichs and can put it on a biscuit. So you are telling me you cant take the same stuff going on this biscuit and cut open a plain bagel like you would and slap it on it. Yea. Totally stupid. Sorry Dunken it is

Really cute coffee shop with a great location off Southfield. It is convenient, however, felt that it was overpriced…but what coffee these days isn’t…I went here when it first opened so staff seemed to be learning, they weren’t super friendly. I’d definitely give it another chance, however, I’m still confused why drive thru personnel are requesting tips…I guess what is bothersome is that if they are tipping off your credit card then staff has to pay taxes on the tip…so if you want to tip. Give cash ?Coffee was good, didn’t seem better than Tim Hortons or any coffee drive thru and seems more pricey.Overall: will give second chance

Every time I go to this one they get worse and worse. It was amazing the first time I went. Progressively it’s just got less and less appealing to visit. Sucks too because it was a time I could only get Caribou when I was out of town and was ecstatic to see a location opening near me but this new location is going to cause me to never visit any location again! Just like anything else that gets put downriver! Turns to trash in no time! ? and the person taking the order act like she couldn’t understand basic English.

My first time there was pretty rocky. I ordered at the drive through, had to repeat the order twice (they weren’t even close when they repeated it back to me), and they still got the order wrong. The staff was extremely friendly, though. After that, I’ve been placing orders through the app and haven’t had an issue since. Great coffee and food, but I strongly suggest you place your order ahead of time!Edit: They messed up my order again. Ordered 1/2 flavor shot of vanilla, half hazelnut. They put 2 full flavor shots in and the latte is undrinkable. For perspective, they’ve gotten my order right 50% of the time. I worked in a coffee shop for two years - it’s not that difficult to get an order right ESPECIALLY when it’s placed online and is right in front of you….. When paying $15 for two drinks, getting the order right isn’t an unreasonable expectation.
