Took the kiddos to get some nuggets, the girl on register was so friendly and welcoming I’m pretty sure her name was Arlette, she was really nice to my kids and even joked with them, it was refreshing to see. Food came out quick but fries got cold quickly.

I did come in to do a takeout on Monday, but I decided to dine in kind of glad me and my buddies decided to dine in. We had a great experience from the young lady that was working in the lobby. She checked on us often, and that was the first time that I was offered a minute While dying in at a Chick-fil-A. The food wasn’t all that great and we waited a long time for it to be delivered, but the service that we received in the dining room was very top-tier

Service is always fast. Today customer service was blah. The initial cashier in the car line nor the checkpoint person had a smile nor said have a good day. The food deliver did smile and say it. Chalk it up to one of those days but Chick-fil-A is known for their outstanding customer service and I got it from 1 of 3 ppl I engaged with not good stats.

11/5/25 ordered thru the app for dine in, it was all good till I got my food, sandwich was soggy and greasy, fries were old and looked ashy, my drink had a hair in it and it wasn't just any size, this was a full length hair on my drink and when I confronted the owner operator, he tried to tell me they dont do refunds. he still did it anyways and when he gave me the refund told me not to step foot in his store again which was unwelcoming. I've been to a chick fil a in 20 states never had an issue till I stepped in this location, definitely not worth it. I will be adding photos of my drink but they cleared up my table so fast after I confronted them so didnt get a chance to take pictures of everything
