Came here for my birthday haven’t been to Chili’s in years and was so thankful to have a great experience! Food was great, drinks were great, establishment was clean, servers were phenomenal! Crystal and Alan made sure we had everything we needed and were a good time all the way around. Would definitely recommend this location. 10 out of 10!!

If you have more than a party of six don't expect to sit together at the same table because they can't accommodate that. They're supposed to be a family restaurant but can't accommodate a family coming to eat and sitting them all at one table.

Very missing leading about the time they say they close and stop taking orders. Called for over 20 minutes and finally when some answered at 10.36 they said they stop taking orders at 10:30. False advertising and lazy workers at its finest. I wish I had the pleasure to stop working 40 minutes early and still get paid.

Last time I was there they sat me my group next to a male and female one was smoking vape in the restaurant and highly intoxicated. Then when we asked not to sit next to them the only options were the bar (in which me and my group do not drink and we couldn't moved because one of the parties were handicapped) or the table we sat at. It was very uncomfortable. Food was good but couldn't enjoy it. I just was ready to get out of there.

They said in their website they are open until 11:00 pm and I stopped by at 10:34 and they said they didn’t accept orders. I drove 20 minutes. If they close the order at 10:45 It makes sense not 30 minutes before their closing time

Food was amazing. I don't normally right reviews but our server Presly was the absolute best and made sure we had everything we needed and even helped us pay.

After waiting 50 minutes for a seat some of our party had to leave which was VERY UPSETTING since there were people from out of state. Our family get together was ruined and the manager Natalie didn’t seem to care! Disappointed to say the least of the entire situation. We all ended up leaving and went some place else.
I only get one meal from here..Full rib dinner via DoorDash..1st review because the dinner cost me $27.39 and The ribs were SPOILED..The slap was broken in half..the first few bones were ok..BUT under the 1st set of ribs SPOILED..I will not order again..Not taking a chance on another SPOILED meal..
Spoiled meat can be a health rick..

The tables were crazy sticky. I was at one table and moved due to the awkward spacing between the table and seating at the booth and the next table was sticky as well. The waitress was cool but the food seemed like they found it, dipped it back in grease to get a LITTLE heat and served it. Barely edible. I generally go to the Southgate location but wanted to stay closer to home and went here. Never again.

I watched 4 tables get seated after I ordered my food. They all got their food before me. I told the manager and he stated they got a little behind. Make that make sense!!! My order should have came out before them if you behind Sir. I’m a table of 2 and the others were 4 and up. Definitely left irritated with nothing.
