I called in yesterday to ask about wait times for two people, I was in the Panda drive through and could see the window where a young lady answered the phone. The girl on the phone rudely said “i don’t know about the wait times.”I asked her if she could find out and I SAW her put me on hold and not ask anyone, didn’t even move from where she was standing. Took me off of hold and said there was no wait, I go inside and there’s a 15-30 minute wait. This is unacceptable, I used to dine in often but management sucks. They do not seem to have any customer service standards.

Haven’t been here in years and decided to come back for the lunch special and to try the Triple Dipper. The food itself was nothing special overall. The Triple Dipper was underwhelming. The mozzarella sticks were a bit chewy and the flavors didn’t really work together. The burger was good but nothing memorable, though I would get it again for the price. The portions were generous, with the lunch special including a drink, appetizer, and main. The service was excellent. It was quick and attentive, and the host consistently checked in to make sure we were doing well.

Amira was the server she was very good and didnt mind interacting with my autistic adult daughter. She was on her game ! Everything came out as it should have. Food was hot and delicious. Chips hot and salsa perfect. We all ordered from the 3 for menu . Great value! 3 adults ,3 drinks, 3 starters , and 3 entrees 50 bucks . We will definitely come back . This is definitely the result of good management.

Literally waited over 30 mins for drinks and then over an hour for chips and salsa, then food came out 30 mins later while we watched 4 other tables be sat, dined, and even had drinks orders that were filled before we even ate beyond that these 4 tables even checked out even though we sat before them 10 or even 20 mins, I would truly never come here again.

I dined in on Saturday with my wife and son, we had a really great experience. I have not had chilis food in many years and it was so good. I got the chicken fajitas, my wife got quesadillas and my son got a triple dipper. Service here is awesome. Presley was our server and he was absolutely amazing, I used to work in a restaurant and his service was top tier. We also spoke to the manager, but unfortunately I cannot remember his name, he was a really nice younger gentleman. Overall a 5/5 experience we will the coming back to this location, my son already is asking to come back.

Called 3 months ago to make a reservation for 15- was told to they don’t take reservations and to call the day of the event, but that they could definitely take our party no problem. I called today. The ‘manager’ was very rude and said they would have to split our party up- “we don’t push tables together here” and they will have to see what is happening when we arrive on whether or not they will even take our party?!?! I asked if I could speak to the general manager of the store. He said no. He would also not give his name. So we will be taking our 15 people’s worth of business elsewhere apparently, for the birthday party that’s been planned for months at their location.

I bought the trio fajitas to go BIG MISTAKE!! I got home and the rice was hard and crunchy, most pieces of the steak was hard to chew, the chicken didn’t look real…..very disappointed. I should of dined in because I would of definitely sent this back especially because it cost $25

Really disappointed that they changed the salsa and queso. I was looking forward to it and was sorely disappointed. The chef did know how to cook a steak yo perfection though.
