Was required to download app to order. Ordered a chicken burrito with guacamole, rice, black beans, fajita veggies and cheese. Got it home, no beans and no guacamole. This is our last visit to this location. No more regret and disappointment 😌

Very dirty inside, The girl making the food on New Year’s Eve around 4/5 PM was completely rude and had a nasty attitude. They didn’t have any food prepared everything running out or didn’t have or a 30+ minute wait after telling customers it was only a 5 minute wait. Will never come here again terrible!!!!

The portions were very disappointing. I think I got some new guy because he was confused with everything I tried ordering. Another worker had to come over and help him. He barely put anything on there. I ordered the burrito with asada meat. Chips and a drink for $17... The place was dirty at every table... Lots of standing around for the workers... I don't see why I payed that much money for what I got. There are plenty of other restaurant right around there to go to.
This is one of the worst chipotle restaurants I’ve been to, workers are rude and it’s not just a bad day the same workers everytime I go there act that way, the place is not as clean as it should be and why are they always doing only online orders?

I went in for food and I was told they were replenishing the line to come back in 20 to 25 mins. After I went back in and was told its online only ! Those young people are of no help ! We're just a number! After waiting for over 40 mins for my food I got home only to discover they gave me only half of my order and someone else's order! Plus setting in that place waiting for your food is like I wasvat a CLUB!!!! THE HOUSE MUSIC WAS SO LOUD YOU COULDN'T HEAR YOURSELF BREATH

It took WAY longer than estimated & they were out of chips so they told us we couldn’t have them & I said I paid for them so then we waited 40 minutes for chips AND I still gave up and didn’t get any. Never again
