My son picked up lunch for me. They were late opening, so they rush the white rice. I was RAW, couldn't even eat it. Don't bother calling, different country answerthe phones. No direct number. First and last time eating there. This show me, they don't care about "American", ship the jobs overseas.

Not a lot of people working here waited like 35 minutes to get served not happy about that and on top of that they didn’t have white rice at all

I visited this Chipotle location today and unfortunately had a disappointing experience. The service was extremely slow, with only inexperienced staff members running the operation. While the young employees were friendly, they clearly lacked proper training and supervision. The kitchen conditions were concerning - I noticed visibly dirty surfaces, particularly the griddle which hadn't been properly cleaned. Basic ingredients were missing, including cheese, which significantly limited menu options. The self-service area was poorly maintained with no hot sauce varieties available, no utensils to be found, and the ice machine was completely empty.

What's particularly frustrating is that Chipotle represents one of the few affordable healthy options for people in this area, especially students on tight budgets. Management needs to address these issues ASAP as this location desperately needs strong leadership to turn things around. The fundamentals of food service - cleanliness, ingredient availability, and efficient operations - are currently missing. I'm so invested in seeing this location improve that I'm half-jokingly willing to volunteer my time to help bring the quality standards back up! Please invest in proper training and oversight, as with the right management, this Chipotle could once again provide the quality, healthy meals the community relies on.​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

I just received my delivery order, and to say I’m disappointed would be an understatement. I ordered chips and queso, two tortillas, and a burrito bowl—simple enough. The total came to $27.86, including the delivery tip, which I had no problem paying… if the food had even come close to meeting basic expectations.

First, the chips—about $10 worth—came in a bag that was barely a quarter full, if that. It felt like someone just grabbed a handful and tossed them in. Completely unacceptable.

Then there’s the burrito bowl. It looked like something that had been sitting out overnight—dry, unappealing, and thrown together with zero care. Honestly, it looked like someone else's leftovers.

This is incredibly frustrating. I paid nearly $30 for what felt like scraps. At the very least, I expected fresh food and fair portions. This experience was beyond disappointing, and I won’t be ordering again unless something is done to make this right.

I use to love going to this Chipotle but over the past few years I gone less and less. The portions are pretty small now and I can't remember 1 time I've Door Dashed and actually got m6 vinegarette. You can't call because you just go into an endless loop of prompts. Today was sadly no different. I believe they were running low on rice and honey chipotle chicken because the gentleman put a half spoon of each and kinds tried to flatten it to make it look like more but it barely covered the bottom of the bowl and they didn't have vinegarette:-(

Every time I order delivery from this chipotle, the order is wrong. The food is wrong. Things are missing every single time I would suggest to never or delivery from this location or you will be disappointed.

The line hasn't moved in 10 minutes. 3 people are "working". The grub hub delivery lady is getting her job done. The rest of them must not be qualified to put meat and beans into a burrito shell.

The atmosphere is dirty. It's 5.44 pm and the guy at the counter just announced they will be shutting down soon.

I do not have the words to describe how disappointing this place is.

This place was so disgusting, the food looked like it had been sitting there for days, and garbage was over flowing, and the staff was not very friendly. This place definitely needs a better manager. If you got time to lean you got time to clean.

I recently visited Chipotle and experienced exceptionally poor service. I waited over 30 minutes for my order, only to find out they couldn’t fulfill it. Instead of proactively resolving the issue, the staff merely offered a free drink—a gesture hardly adequate for my wasted time and inconvenience, especially given that refunds were only available online. This incident clearly goes against Chipotle’s stated values of exceptional customer service and respect. Employees demonstrated a significant lack of courtesy and professionalism, leaving me deeply dissatisfied with my experience

This location gets my pickup/doordash order wrong almost every time I order. On top of not getting the order of guacamole I had order, the sticker from the avocado was mixed into my guac

Waiting in line for 30 mins, as time progresses they're announcing they're out of, cheese, fajita, other things. Finally I'm about to order, they're out of chicken!

Why are you announcing it as soon as it's done. You obviously know it'll end soon, save those of us in line the time so we can just leave.

Just go to Taco Bell. At least you'll know what you're getting there.

I don’t ever write Google reviews, so the fact that I’m leaving this should say a lot.
This location is consistently out of ingredients, and has been for the last year since I moved here. Usually the veggies, a type of meat, and recently, chips. The inside is always so dirty as well. It’s a shame that people are leaving the mess for the employees to clean, but the staff doesn’t seem to care that their seating area is a wreck. The customer service is lacking from the staff as well. Whenever I try to be polite and say thank you and smile, they ignore me.
My biggest issue with this location is the portion sizes. I have watched people in front of me get bigger portions than I have received, and even between me and my fiancé, I received more chicken than him, but less rice/lettuce etc, leaving us with bowls just over half full. I have been to Chipotles all over the US, and I have never had an issue like I have had in the Michigan locations. Something needs to change with the management of this location. I would recommend to anyone reading this review to try the Qdoba on the Hill. They do an excellent job over there.

They ran out of steak and announced there will be no more for the rest of the day. It was around 4pm. The place seems unclean.The server was good but 3 people before me kept asking for a little more of everything. I guess the serving size was a bit skimpy: rice, meat, cheese and lettuce but the server was friendly and patient.
