The manager at this location is incredibly disrespectful and rude. I will not be returning! I highly recommend the owner look into her attitude and customer service.

I went in there months ago to get sherbet the largest container they had got home to find pieces of ICE all through it ! I took it back the next day couldn't find receipt so they gave me a credit of like $16 dollars i said find ! Well i was told by a worker that the manager said only give me $9 ! First of all yall too high in price then turn around and CHEAT ME? IF I WAS WHITE IT WOULDN'T NEVER HAVE HAPPENED

I visited Cold Stone Creamery today and while the overall service was friendly and the treats were enjoyable, I did have some concerns regarding food safety practices. Out of the three employees working during my visit, only one was wearing gloves while preparing ice cream. The employee who prepared my order was not wearing gloves, nor did I observe any handwashing before handling my treats.
Additionally, I noticed another employee, a young man, go directly from handling money and various surfaces to preparing another customer’s ice cream without any change of gloves or visible handwashing. While I chose not to address the issue during my visit to avoid making the experience uncomfortable, I do believe this is something that should be brought to management’s attention.
In environments where food is being handled directly, especially in open view of customers, it’s important to maintain strict hygiene standards to ensure everyone’s safety. I hope this feedback is taken into consideration so that future visits can be both enjoyable and reassuring.

Got a cake for my daughter’s birthday paid almost $80 got a cake with a thin layer of ice cream. If I wanted cake I could have got a sheet cake from Sam’s club for $20. The whole idea of ice cream cake is it’s supposed to have ice cream not a splash of it. I also got charged extra for toppings because I wanted two flavors which was fine except there was no almonds. Save your money I’m going back to getting my cakes from DQ they are almost half price and you actually get ice cream & if you want cake you are better off getting a sheet cake from Sam’s club or Kroger at least it won’t be as dense.

I ordered from Cold Stone through DoorDash tonight, and when my order arrived, there was a long black/blue hair in my ice cream. I immediately called the store to have the issue resolved since I paid for delivery and didn’t want to drive there. To my surprise, I was told I could either come in person or receive a gift card. Why would I want to eat at a place that already put hair in my food?
I followed their instructions and emailed a picture of the issue. Afterward, I received a call where I was essentially accused of lying about the hair. They refused to refund me and dismissed my concerns entirely.
This experience was both disgusting and incredibly unprofessional. Keep the $10 for the ice cream, but I sincerely hope others think twice before supporting a business that handles customer complaints this poorly.

If I could give this location a 0 I would. My husband and I just left the Cold Stone Creamery in Allen Park, Michigan on Outer Drive and Southfield at 8:30 pm. We left disappointed because we did not get any service. They had three employees working and not one acknowledged us. We waited in line for almost 10 minutes. Nobody else was in the store other than us.

Customer service was great. The creamery was soft and mushy 👎🏾. Who wants soft cream? Very disappointed. They need to cover the cream or adjust the temperature.
Great ice cream with a perfect blend of toppings in every bite! Super helpful and friendly staff.
Dietary restrictions: They were super accommodating when I asked if they could switch gloves, use a clean, unused scoop, and even scoop from a fresh container of ice cream. I have need to be gluten free and have zero cross-contact. It’s nice (because it’s so hard) to find a place that has safe options, let alone a place that accommodates to reduce cross-contact. The employee helping was so kind and didn’t make me feel like I was being difficult at all.

Pleasant staff, prompt service, the staff really pumped the orders out fast but it seemed a but rushed to get you out of the way for the next customer, rushed to order I guess. But in thier defense it was busy and I am a pain with choices.

Waited by the pickup sign for 10 minutes and no one even acknowledged me. But it was a nice day so I know they busy idc. BUT that white girl with the long ponytail looked me dead in my face and didn’t even crack a smile just turned away. She could have just said “we’ll be right with you” cus girl I know you know better
