Me and my family went for a birthday celebration Monday all you can eat 50$ per person great price we thought 1/2 off for persons under 4.5 ft . We arrived at 7:35 seated not busy Then the saga began Waiter immediately wrote on the table 7:40. -8:55 ok no drinks no food until 7:55 ok 8:18 food and appetizers time reset by our request Manger approval great Each refill approved by completing the first ok no waste allowed understood The problem was my daughter 10 reported over seasoned mussels and wanted to get a different choice request denied with a 15.99 charge (in writing)for uneaten seafood no exceptions! Second waiter reported went to the Manager crying apparently because I refused to eat the mussels and suggested to throw it away because it was inedible Manger brought the bill and requested payment and for us to leave I put the cash payment on the table and waited for the change and receipt Manager took the payment No more service Servings ended at 8:50 We had until 9:33 The Birthday guest requested another serving of Crab at 9:21 he was denied so 50$ for 1lb of crab 8 legs and 4 Fried shrimp I requested Manager to call the police to ensure proper exit Police came said nothing they could do and call corporate and escorted us out Over all 224 w 30$ tip included for 6 servings of crab corn a potato 4 appetizers 2 drinks and a beer In Conclusion All you can eat is stipulated the season sauce was tasty fish hush puppies good Be ready to speed eat or just order off the Set Menu I might go back for the location and not a fan of Hook and reel I prefer Harbour House 15 mile just too far for after work Oh leaving out over heard 2 customers very disappointed with their food /service along w the treatment they witnessed we received

Casual seaside-themed geared toward the millennial. Reasonable prices on the AYCE boils with generous portions, speed of service and excellent preparation.
Both of my servings were with the Boom! Mix (garlic butter, Cajun and lemon pepper seasoning). 2 nice sized clusters of snow crab in each plus scallops in the first and clams in the second. My chosen heat levels were mid then hot.
Their crab rangoon was to die for. The hush puppies were pretty standard and the coconut shrimp with sweet chili sauce was also crisp and tender.
We were served by Rayna. She was a paragon of customer service, friendly, outgoing, attentive were hallmarks of her work ethic, all delivered with a touch of personal warmth.
I would have taken pictures but I was a gross mess.
We will be back as often as we can.

Standing at the front desk way too long for service. Customer service isn’t great. Wasn’t even greeted . The employee continued to ignore me while I waited for my food that was sitting at the counter for god knows how long.

Upon arriving, I immediately noticed the place had a strong smell. At first I thought it was the seafood, but it became overwhelming. I asked a worker, & she said it probably was their sewage/plumbing. It all made sense immediately & I asked to move my seat. It was better near the bar but still very unwelcoming. I had already ordered so i didn't want to just abandon my order & that possibly falling on my waitress. Before I ate I decided to wash my hands, & noticed the soap in the restroom was not working nor the paper towel dispenser. I immediately regretted choosing to give this place a try. Once I returned to my table my food had come out hot & fresh. The butter was under seasoned, & corn over cooked. Crab was perfect. Server was 10/10. Just wish the restaurant smelled better, & the women's restroom was more equipped. Bill was $57, okay food, smelly environment.

Amazing experience! I truly enjoyed myself! My waitress Kim was very personable, inviting, and helpful. The food was good and hot and fresh. I definitely recommend visiting and enjoying a great and relaxing atmosphere while eating with people you love or alone.

This was our first time (possibly one and done). Our server was great. I forget her name but she was a YT lady with long nails; very attentive. Food was good. Drinks were good. The only reason I may not return is the music contained expletives. I was not expecting to hear explicit language while dining out in the middle of the day with my young daughter. That was a really big turn off for me.
