Went here for the first time for my wife birthday. It was absolutely great. The food was great, with so much flavor. Thought the prices were pretty reasonable for seafood. Will definitely be back!!!

The quality of the food from Crafty Crab is never an issue, it's truly delicious! There is a MAJOR problem with carry outs & delivery 99 % of time, something is left out of the order. The "Managers" & Owner fo NOT care, period the managers make inane excuses but the problem does NOT get fixed. The Owner was to return my call before Christmas & I'm still waiting on 3/2/25. I was told clam chowder will no longer be made, then it should be removed from the online menu. If they get an order & don't have an item they do NOT have courtesy to call you to let you know, but they still charge you for the item while other restaurants do not. We are beyond frustrated with this place. The easiest of situations could be resolved with proper management, communication & training. It's just ridiculous. I am a retired quality assurance & risk manager & just don't get it.

I didn't have the best experience the mussels didn't have enough sauce the batter for the cheese sticks was not crisp and the oysters were very small the food was cold. The staff was very friendly though wonder if dine in will be different to go was not very delightful.

Shitty and salty food. Terrible service. And they ask for 15% gratuity before even seated. Burnt crab ragoons. Have eaten seafood plenty but nothing like a bag of food in a dog bowl. We will never be back.

This food was disgusting stop taking advantage of uber eats customers. French fries not a speck of salt or season. Fake pictures. Seafood boil could have gave me high blood pressure did someone dumb the entire thing of season that was an outrageous amount. Missing jumbo in my food. Where is the gumbo. Update looks like someone dropped an entire bag of season. Ew

I was so excited to try this place. The waitress was nice but the seafood boil was salty. The flavor seemed like it would be good but it was so hard to tell from it being overly salty. It was SO salty we couldn’t barely eat it. The waitress offered us some butter to dip our boil in but that defeated the purpose of wanting a flavorful boil. The manager came over and said some days the “boom” (mix all seasonings) is salty and some days it’s not. She didn’t even ask what she could do for us, she just blamed it on the boom. I’ve been to other seafood boil restaurants and have gotten the “mix all spicy and it wasn’t salty. It was no real apology or anything she just kept blaming it on the fact that we got mix all, that was poor customer service. No accountability or apology, just blame. She end up saying I can give you a 10% discount. I needed it remade not a discount. It was LITERALLY impossible for me to eat it. I just can’t believe they didn’t offer to remake it or anything. I literally took the majority of my food home, rinsed it off all that salty sauce and used another boil sauce from a different restaurant. This experience was just horrible.

This was not my first visit to Crafty Crab but I was very disappointed with this trip. First I understood it was Valentines Day and it would be a wait, but I made an online order which I did not receive until 1 hour and half later and requested please make sure my boil bag has a decent amount of sauce specifies even on my receipt just looked right over it didn’t care if I had to pay extra guess what still dry and ordered another item still charge me for it knowing they were out of the item is just unacceptable. The manager or owner never came out to apologize for the long wait time. And had a customer working the front she couldn’t even take orders or ring them up. I don’t know about this Crafty Crab but this need to be fixed on all angles.

If I could give you no stars you would have a 0 the customer service was down right horrible. Our waitress only came over two times to take the order and drop off the bill but was constantly checking on her other tables and automatically put an $18 gratuity on our bill. It was also cold in there you could barely eat. I will never come back here
