They gave shrimp with booboo in it, I called for the manger who was rude. She said they don’t clean their shrimp! The drink she made was horrible. I took my son for his birthday, just a terrible food had booboo in the shrimp, drank horrible just all bad!

This is third time I brought my family come here and this is last time, I would never ever comebackMy two boy love snow crab and crawfish, but the snow crab so soft, crawfish smell like engine oilThose are not fresh at all, if you guys decide to eat something in here, be careful!The manager tried to charge me money, the staff yelling at my family that’s fine, i still pay without tip and would never comeback

We went yesterday. My waitress Ayana (sorry if i spelled it wrong) was wonderful. She checked on us many times. Helped decide which dishes to choose regarding sizes. Nice music, kids were singing. Family environment. Great food the medium cajun seasoning was perfect. We will be back. The host seated us right away. Even the bartender asked if we enjoyed our food. ? ? thank you. No complaints.Parking: Plenty of parking around the entire building.Kid-friendliness: Kids singing and happy

I enjoyed my dinner because it was spot on..My server was well knowledgeable and polite with absolute patience.
This place is disgusting! When we went in, it was not busy and we stood several minutes while the hostess played on her phone. We then had to ask if we seat ourselves. Then she sat us and said nothing like “enjoy” just walked away. I went into the restroom and I have seen cleaner porta-johns. At that point, we decided to leave. Stay away!!!

The absolute worst environment, the food was undercooked and tasteless. The manager never came to address the uncomfortable noise level. The lobster bite was served with oil instead of butter. Party of 11, and it took over 3 hours of my time.
If I was able to give Zero stars I would… it was literally an awful experience & I should’ve read the reviews before choosing to eat here. I arrived at the restaurant at 8:51pm (they closed at 10) stood at the host stand for about 17 mins. The host told us they were no longer sitting people 1 hour before closure, that’s fine. Whole trying to order my friend had to give her his number 5 TIMES because she was on Group FaceTime with her friends in the AirPods & couldn’t hear him!!!! That irritated me so bad, I think it made so upset because I work in the service industry. After finally placing our order waited 30 mins, got home to the worst seafood of my life. Just look at the pictures. I’ve called several times to speak with someone, no answer.

I’m here celebrating my friend’s birthday. We arrived at 6:30pm. The waitress was slow. She took our appetizer order 30 minutes after we arrived and it came an hour later. I understand it was a large party but appetizers shouldn’t take that long. The restaurant wasn’t that busy.My appetizers were not the best the calamari was cook too hard and room temperature and extremely chewy so I returned them. My husband said the wing dings were over cooked.I order the poor boy and onion rings.The sandwich was ok but the onions are made out of constituted onions and not real onions. I asked to return them and replace them with fries. I never got a response. So very disappointed. I will not come back to dine here.

Only gave it a star because the food was good. Other than that, the service was awful. We weren’t checked on at all, when asking for a refill we were side-eyed and ignored. When trying to get the bill we had to track down our server to pay. The energy was not friendly. Just get take out.
