I visit Culver’s every time I travel to the U.S. because it’s truly my favorite place for a burger. The food is always excellent, and the staff here are consistently friendly and full of energy. During my most recent visit, the team was especially attentive and kind, which made the experience even better. This location has become one of my favorites to stop by.

Best Culvers for Customer service in USA Story time : This happened almost 3 months ago just few weeks after I lost my only sibling. I was here on a random Weekday afternoon to grab lunch as I was on the way to work. I got Togo food for myself and my coworker as I tried to get the drinks settled in my car while I had put the bag of food on top of my hood. I wasn’t sure what happened but there was this sudden gush of wild wind that it toppled the whole bag of food mind it it had two meals in it. And that’s it I just broke down as I was really pissed off (grieving ) with life and this happened as all I was trying to do is get to work in time and eat peacefully and this happened. I was so overwhelmed and was on the verge of crying. But tried to pull myself over and went in to get the order again but this is when everything changed there was this old white grandparents who saw all this happen to me while they were eating their lunch with their young grandson. The Grandpa came to me and insisted that he will pay for the lunch. I first resisted but eventually gave in as he was very kind and that’s when I couldn’t control myself and started crying to him. While we were standing in the line I spoke to him about my past saying how I lost my mom 6 years ago and now my only sibling. He was so empathetic in the mean time I think it was the supervisor was not sure but the Culver employee saw me crying asked what happened they were so generous and made me my Order again with no charge and also gave me some words of advice.
The kindness really helped at the end of the day . Just wanted to share this beautiful story as this culver has been my regular stop since past year since I changed to my new job. But never thought I would have such memorable experience like this.
