Went to this dairy queen today service was horrible 😫 very horrible the manager in black shirt heavy set white woman was very angry and cursing.. actually walked out on the other employees my daughters ice cream mini Blizzard was milky soft.. before mine came I asked the young lady were they all like that she stated no well mine came it was milky soft a blizzard now where you supposed to hold it upside down and it shouldn't move well not in this case I asked for a refund she stated we don't give those.. very bad business definitely won't go there again and gonna pass it along about the awful business if I could do no star I would.. also can I have Corporates number please

First and last time at this location. To start my blizzard was like soup. How do you even allow that to be given out. Secondly, the s’mores blizzard was not made of the actual DQ ingredients like it should be. It was soup ice cream, a lot of chocolate sauce with graham cracker. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location. This is the worst DQ I have ever been to.

Worst experience I’ve had at any Dairy Queen. I am a DQ fanatic and was very disappointed at this location. My ice cream tastes flavorless, freezer burnt, just plain out not good. I ordered a medium vanilla cherry dipped cone and received a small pitiful looking cone. I was then told I was charged for a small but thankfully had my receipt and was able to prove otherwise. I order the same cone every time I go to a Dairy Queen and it never looks like this. The cones must also be very old because when I took off the wrapper the glue was stuck to the cone probably from sitting there a while . Overall very disappointing and I will not be returning back to this location. This location clearly needs more staff and a very big inspection.

The worker nick decided his family and friends were more important so while my family and I waited FOURTY minutes for our ice cream he gave our order to his family! What great customer service! Asked for a refund and the black male decided to ignore us. Don’t come here.

I was a recent employee at this Dairy Queen and I was working there for about a month now. For about a week the boss had ghosted his entire staff and last Friday sent an automated response to his entire staff stating that we would get our last paycheck. It has been about a week now and still no check. It has become increasingly frustrating because we have yet to hear from the boss. The whole staff has 40+ hours and honestly we dissevered to be payed for cleaning up that slum. For the love of god do not work here.
I am a recent employee from this Dairy Queen location. We have been unofficially closed since the 17th of November, and we were officially closed on the 22nd the day we were supposed to be paid. The owners texted us and said they closed and he would mail our checks to us. My coworkers and I have not been paid for our work before being closed unexpectedly, and the owners of this location are failing to respond to calls or texts to pay us for our work. Myself and others have had no response from either of the owners, Chaise & Lauren Hughes. Please make this right. -Camdan Milanovich

I worked here recently and I enjoyed it very much. I had to resign because of medical issues and they won't even respond to me to give me my last paycheck. Im having health issues and I'm a struggling single mom, I can't even get the last little bit of money they owe me ? *11/02/2024 I have to add this, now the owner has blocked my phone calls and messages and cut off communication when you owe me a paycheck. I don't take that lightly. My 2 children have been waiting for items for school because this place won't pay me

This location has multiple workers. They push out the product within a decent amount of time. They are friendly and make conversation. They also answer any kind of questions that you have. Warm and friendly environment
Dietary restrictions: they have no don dairy options also items with no sugar
Parking: smaller lot in the back with side parking on the street.
Kid-friendliness: They arer patient with kids when placing their order. They make jokes and have the kids laughing after their done ordering and if it isn't very busy. This particular establishment has no problem correcting your order if perhaps it comes out wrong and they always have smiles on their faces
