I stopped twice here about a week apart and each time they were out of ingredients to make the very popular Royal cheesecake blizzard. Extremely disappointing that no one cares enough to satisfy customers.

Terrible experience. Ordered a cake for a Birthday and was given a slab of vanilla ice cream. Even though this is the exact description of the cake online -Irresistible fudge and crunch center surrounded by vanilla and chocolate soft serve, decorated with your favorite design. When I called to ask for a refund or a replacement cake, the very nice gentleman who was helping me stated the owners would not issue a refund - but would give me a discount to order another. BE WARNED DO NOT ORDER CAKES FROM THIS LOCATION
