Visited on Saturday, August 16, 2025 around 3:30 p.m. We are from Cincinnati and always make sure to stop here on visits to Detroit. We have yet to have bad service and this visit did not disappoint. The food was fresh, fast and the employees were all very fun and down to earth. They even teased me for being a Bengals fan. ;-) We very much enjoyed this visit and hope the same employees are there the next time because we will keep coming back. Keep it up!

I order the same thing every time, 2 Del Tacos, 1 double del burger. I am always very happy with both. The food is AT LEAST as good as the picture on the menu makes it look.

Food quality is generally good. I will say tho, whether there are 0 cars or 8, average time is 10-15+ minutes. As someone who has worked at Taco Bell as an assistant for 8 years, I always wonder WHAT TAKES THEM SO LONG. With that being said, I know this review is taken seriously and will effect their overall score. I hope to gain nothing from this review but maybe for the team to come together and figure out what the issue is and why there is no urgency.

First time here. Ordered a burger and they got my order wrong. Order some fries with chicken and guac on the side. The meat was nasty and the guac was hard as a rock. Missed the cheese and jalapenos. So much for paying extra for guac, extra cheese and jalapenos.

it's freaking Del Taco! you in the mood for some tacos skip the Bell and go to Del
I got a soft taco at like 3 am. Idk if the tortillas are always that chewy but it was really chewy... it was hard to take a normal bite with out the whole shell trying to come with it. Other than that it was good. Happy they say open 24hrs. Next time I'll try a hard taco

Visited while on vacation. I'm used to Taco Bell, Del Taco is very similar in price and offerings to TB, but offer so much more. Was happy to hear Del Taco is coming to my area!

The workers are stealing money from people‘s EBT cards and also other credit cards when you go inside they say the card reader is down inside the lobby so they go to the drive-through lobby. They take a picture of your card and also ask for the four digit pin for the EBT or if it’s not EBT they’re taking a picture Of the front and back of your card to spend money at different stores as I experienced as of today, it was done at 6:17 PM on 6/7/2025 Over $800 was taken off of a card to Purchase items at Sam’s Club. The location of this store is in Allen Park off of Southfield Road. They ordered the merchandise. At Sam’s Club, there is detectives that is working in this case. I just wanna warn all the other people about this location. Do not go here

Ordered 2 veggie burritos, no cheese, no sour cream. They loaded both of them with beef. I will never go to another Del Taco ever again. Absolutely a malicious act by the workers there.

To start off,the food at del taco in general is very good.. but the night time manager at the Southfield road branch is the rudest woman I have ever came across.. the day time staff is very pleasant but I think this branch needs a more professional night manager.. like I doubt they could ever find one more rude and obnoxious than this lady.. it's sad to see such a good restaurant with such terrible service on the night shift ?
