I ordered online. Picked up in store. Paid for bottle pop and made burger a combo. No pop was given. Had to go back in and instead they gave me a fountain pop. Then get home only to find my fries are not in the bag. Tried several times to call and you get an error stating the Verizon customer is not taking calls right now.

First time visiting this location as I work in the area. It was the cleanest five guys I’ve ever been to with fast service and what you expect in quality from five guys. Still a little expensive but the service from my order taker Anthony K was great.He ended up suggesting a combo which saved me about $.50 on my order. May not seem like enough, but just The suggestion is memorable

This was a very accommodating experience! The whole team was amazing...I want to give a shout-out specifically to Josiah since he waited on us. He was kind...patient and helpful to me and my family as we came in during a mad rush close to there closing time last night. He had a huge family ahead of us and I saw his patience with them. Then he got to my family and we had questions...changes to orders and indecisiveness. But he held it together ❤️ At least from where I was standing..Lolo! He placed our order without a glitch. I really appreciate at this..and with it being so late. I was beat...and he helped emensly. Big Thanks Josiah and the Five Guys Team from last night.
Five Guys is always delicious. This location has always been kind and friendly to me even though I just order for pick up. They'll even give me an eta on when it'll be ready if I come early, and I don't even ask!

The food is good and the people are friendly but the price for a "good but not great" burger and decent fries makes this more of a once in a while spot than a regular. I also don't like the waiting area and seating but that's not a deal breaker, just a nitpicky opinion.
