My husband enjoyed his food, but I ordered the wonton soup and 50% of it was beansprouts. It had 4 wonton exactly, and was entirely beansprouts. Attached a photo of all the beansprouts I took out of it. Just to be able to enjoy the actual soup.

Very fast and very good every time. Anybody who rates this lower than five stars doesn’t know what they’re talking about.

If you're worried about anything labeled "spicy" being too spicy, don't. It's not going to be spicy at all.

BE WARNED: the pictures are outdated and not factual to what the actually product is. The sesame chicken was literally cubed chunks of fried chicken topped with BBQ sauce and sesame seeds. I have had bad Chinese food but never verging on inedible…stay away. I wish I knew a good chinese-American spot down river still searching since we moved here two years ago.

It's hard to review a Chinese restaurant as everyone has a different take on what the food is supposed to taste like. However, the food was fresh and delicious. I got the Almond Chicken with beef fried rice. The chicken was crispy, moist, seasoned great and did not taste like dirty oil, and the gravy was homemade. The beef fried rice was fried but not dry, tasted of beef with lots of chunks and had lots of bean sprouts. The egg roll was huge, full of bean sprouts and again, did not taste of dirty oil, also came with homemade plum sauce and not the cheap duck sauce packets. I would have knocked them a half star for high prices but you get what you pay for so 5 it is.

I grew up around the block from their Telegraph location in Dearborn Heights so I’ve been eating their food for quite some time. It’s my understanding that Bob and Connie have retired(congratulations!) but the name still lives on. I moved a little far away from the Allen Park location so I haven’t ordered too much in recent years. I was in the area today and decided to check it out again. I was not disappointed. I’m a pretty simple guy to please when it comes to the Chinese food we can get around here and the sesame chicken was delicious. The coating was crispy and I didn’t get any garbage pieces of meat. The egg rolls were tasty and also larger than some other local restaurants. It was $13 for the dinner combo and I have plenty left for another meal. Our family favorite was the Hong Shu Gai so that’ll be the real test next time.

Bought 2 almond chicken dinners, let me say, I've tried every Chinese restaurant downriver and this is the 1st place to put the gravy over the chicken, it was amazing!!!!! This was my 1st time trying this place and I can't wait to order again! It's that good, egg rolls were fresh and huge!!!!! Big shout-out to Ho's kitchen!!!!

The quality of the food has gone way down and the price has gone way up. I ordered one sweet and sour pork and one sesame chicken dinner. The pork was ok - big chunks of pork and decent sauce. The chicken was horrible - bland sauce, starchy, and more gristle than meat. I ate half of the pork, my wife ate 2 bites of the chicken, and we threw the rest away. The biggest kick in the junk was the price. I paid close to $35 for this garbage. It's a shame because this place used to be good. An even bigger shame is that there are NO good Chinese restaurants left in the downriver area.
