I have been eating at Jimmy John’s for sometime now. Every time I order from this Jimmy John’s they never get my order correct. You call and advise the order is wrong to the manager but they still make the same mistakes. Normally I don’t make comments but this is three weeks in a row.

Ordered on their website. Didn’t expect uber to drop my order off. They didn’t have the root beer I ordered, so they just simply didn’t include it while still charging me. Keep the money, I won’t be back.

Oh my god The skimpiest Jimmy John's sandwich I have ever had and I have eaten at many different locations of this franchise. I had the veggie sandwich which was simply dotted with avocado spread. So disappointing. They should be embarrassed.

Submitted a complaint via survey and was told by the store manager I'd be compensated a free meal. Finally went in for the free meal a couple weeks later and was told by a worker that they had 2 other customers with the same name (foolishly only put first names and supposedly last 4 digits of phone number) one person had already redeemed theirs and the other name didn't match my last 4. So clearly the manager didn't actually put my name down for compensation. Should've put first and last names anyway for verification with ID, plus the worker clearly doesn't have good customer service either because she stood there debating that there was nothing she could do even though I showed her the email I received from the manager. Do you really think I need to lie about a free meal as much money as I've spent at Jimmy John's? Could've verified with the store manager, instead I left without anything. Won't be patronizing this location anymore!

Owner is good, sandwiches good, every other employee very Rude! They have a bad attitude in there. No Hi, no thank you, nothing! It's just like what do you want? And you messed up my perfect chip line up by taking one! 😄 Also, they have a rewards program but when you want to claim your discount they try to make it hard for you to use it. And the employee, young white dude ended up saying, it's to late already rung ir up and not giving me the discount instead of correcting the bill. Shame on his lazy unhelpful self. What is gonna happen when they have to soon toast our Sandwiches? Their gonna all quit! 🫨🤦♀️

Went in and ordered a Ham & Provolone slim and the order taker would not heat up the sandwich for me. I don’t understand what is so difficult about throwing the thing in the microwave for 15 seconds so I can eat my dinner the way I like it.

One of the better Jimmy John's I've ever had. Freaky fast and delicious. Nightmare parking lot though.
Only weird thing is... Giant sub is twice the size of a regular. However costs a little more than double two regular Subs. And when I ordered the giant sub I got two regular Subs wrapped up. Maybe that's standard but it's weird when it works out to like 20 cents more. Don't care about 20 cents but I don't understand the logic.

don't expect to get your food in a timely manner.. now i understand why jimmy johns took off freaky fast off everything. After a long wait i got my food without my drink i payed for. The driver said it was not his problem.. i don't work for jimmy johns.
I've been eating Jimmy John's sandwiches for nearly 25 years, so obviously I like them enough to go back again and again.This particular store had no other customers when I arrived around 5pm, but the employees barely seemed conscious. They managed to screw up my very simple order in multiple ways, and gave me the soggiest sandwich I've EVER had at Jimmy John's. They weren't exactly rude, but they didn't make me feel welcome either and it really seems like they should be able to get a one-sandwich order right when they have literally only one customer. Service this bad almost always comes from bad management, so I'd definitely pick a different location for your JJ fix.

I went in the restaurant about 8pm last night, no one greeted me, I placed my order he handed me the bag no thank come again or have a good evening nothing. The sandwiches were terrible if I felt like driving back I would return them.

Customer Service was horrible, girl with blue sweater, gold nose ring was the absolute worst. My first time here, wasn’t welcoming at all. I had no idea why but literally had a horrible attitude while taking my order.Come here if you want to lose your appetite

Usually clean atmosphere, plenty of parking, service is about 80% getting orders correctly, staff is usually professional. Great place to go, for quick lunch!
Vegetarian options: There is a level of degree for being a vegetarian. Strict vegetarians would not want to come here if they're knowledgeable in what they're doing, but the average vegetarian should find this restaurant, a fine option for lunch.
Parking: Always plenty of parking, even when busy.
Kid-friendliness: Any place that doesn't have homeless hanging out, and asking you for money as you enter or exit a business, i consider kid friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes, and plenty of parking.
