Sorry to say but normally they do good on the food. I ordered a 3pc dark original chicken, cole slaw, pot &gravy big meal plus a pot pie. I'm really disappointed. Got home ready to dig in and the chicken is super over cooked. Have you ever had overcooked dark meat? Super dry, not good. Also I got mac and cheese instead of my ordered cole slaw. Really bummed me out. Tried calling the place. No answers. I'm going to have to try and find another one to go to. Quality should never slip, especially at the costs of everything now. 😔

I recently visited this KFC location and was very disappointed with the experience. The restaurant didn’t look very clean, and the soda machine was especially dirty. I ordered crispy chicken pieces, but what I received was not crispy at all. On top of that, the biscuit looked unappetizing and stale.
Overall, it was not the quality I expected from KFC. Definitely room for improvement in both cleanliness and order accuracy.

Just got a famous bowl from this location, I kid you not there were three small pieces of chicken in the bowl, I practically payed $10 for a bowl of mash potatoes and gravy. Place wasn’t clean either and the fountain pop I got tasted weird so I’m not even drinking it. haven’t been to kfc in awhile but def never going back.

I went here with my autistic cousin since he lives right by the KFC here in Allen Park. the service was horrible, we received 3 Latina girls working there and they were very rude to me and my cousin, they were not taking their jobs seriously and were sitting at one of the tables all on their phones while they laughed at me and my cousin for whatever reason. Food was good but our service experience wasn't good, don't hire people who don't do their jobs.
