The food was five stars and the service was five stars. The atmosphere was a drive-thru window in my car. We are glad to have them back in Toledo. And the donut was especially delicious since it was free with the Hot donut light turned on. The only complaint I have is they didn't recognize my invisible friend next to me and give me a second free donut.

Make sure you go when the light is on or you’ll get day old donuts still cold from the fridge and soggy! Learned that lesson after going twice when the light wasn’t on in the morning. Very disappointing but atleast it stopped me from eating more than 1 donut since they were not good!
Medical Madness
I just wanna say today was my son 17th birthday unfortunately I had to work. I set up delivery of some donuts for his birthday. That is all he wanted DoorDash delivered to the wrong address in the a.m. and then we re-order donuts and they got sent to a wrong address again. Almost 50 bucks later no donuts and now I’m getting off work. I stopped by the Allen Park store and spoke with the manager. I appreciate her so much. My son was able to get what he wanted. Happy birthday donuts.
Few days ago I picked up a dozen from toogoodtogo app, now I can’t find it and nobody seems to know why

The Employee that took my order Thursday evening through the drive thru made me feel like shit so here's a big thank you 👏👏👏 I teach my kids its ok to ask for help and ask questions if you don't understand what your reading on a menu so you can try to understand but tonight it obviously didn't end that well cause me as a mother first time going to Krispy cream with my kids for the hero doughnuts the Employee that took my order was very rude and disrespectful didn't even want to even take my order or even help me and literally said I was stupid no respect or compassion so needless to say we didn't get any doughnuts and we just left and both kids were upset cause these little things and life they look forward to and there Mother recovering from cancer this was one of the first things that wanted to do with there Mother as soon as she was starting to feel better so once again thank you mr Employee from Kristy creame for ruining our family night and no I'm not a Karen names not Karen but I'm a customer that is upset , if you don't like your job or working with the public go find another job

Worst service ever, it was my favorite place now it's dirty I was going to take more pictures of the rest of the tables but I didn't have time because my baby started crying also I used to get fresh donuts but today they were really bad and not fresh at all also the drinks were really weird tasting and when the girl was making them her actions were weird when she gave me the drinks she said something but I couldn't hear her so I asked her what she said but she looked at me with a scary look and I repeated my question because I really couldn't hear her but she replied it doesn't matter I swear to you we couldn't finish the donut or the drinks I hope they clean the place and change their behavior because I really love this place
