I was told they ran out of assorted donuts and was asked to switch to glazed, which was surprising given the advance notice — but I agreed to glazed to keep the order moving. The customer service felt cold and dismissive, and the only solution offered was to cancel. When I tried calling back to follow up, no one answered the phone. Overall, a frustrating experience, especially when planning ahead.

I drove 30 minutes specifically to come inside and see the variety of donuts available. When I arrived at 8:30 PM, the doors were already closed, even though the posted dine-in hours state they are open until 10:00 PM.
This is not the first time this has happened, and it’s frustrating to waste time and gas based on incorrect or ignored business hours. If the lobby is closing early, the hours should be updated accordingly so customers aren’t misled.
Consistency and accurate hours matter. I hope management addresses this issue.

The guy who was maybe the manager was very nice and welcoming. The woman working with him was sloooowwwww. I had 2 hot chocolates with my order. I was able to pick out three dozen donuts and have them packed in a quarter of the time it took to make those drinks. We received our drinks and they felt very pretty empty. They were both filled halfway then topped with whip cream to hide the fact they weren't filled. The manager made more and filled the cup a bit more but it still lacked. I paid $72.12 for my order. (Which is ridiculous for donuts). I expect to get my money's worth.

Do not order the Peanuts dozen from the Allen Park store. I wish I could've gotten a photo, but they were for the staff at my medical appt and I didn't have my phone with me. It looks like a 3 year-old decorated them. They looked absolutely nothing like the cute ones in the advertisement. I don't expect perfection, but geesh...I've seen toddlers do better.

I went through the drive thru to pickup a online order and the employee Janae was really disrespectful and rude towards me when I asked for the free donuts because the red light was on and stated “you should of asked for it at the speaker and not the window” and then shut the window on us and I didn’t leave the window until she came back and gave me the free donuts.
It’s a donut! Like pizza and Mexican food even the bad is still good. It’s the only one around me so I occasionally go in and regret my life choices but it’s always worth it. When I get a coffee from Tim Horton ill get a donut and its always disappointing, stale like, firm and just blah, dunkin is good depending on the time of day but krispy is the only one, any time you go, it’ll be fresh and consistent. Nice! Just don’t log it into your calorie counter, diet starts tomorrow!

I ordered donuts for delivery for my staff. These show and it’s not what I ordered. There is also a HAIR inside my box. When I call to make a complaint. I get told that they just did have the donuts I ordered and they would not do anything to help me. Terrible. If I ran my business this way I would be fired.

Why did i wait 10 mins in the drive thru for an iced coffee being the only person here. Do you guys not make iced coffee on the regular? Ridiculous. And to put the cherry on top, the coffee was absolutely disgusting

Took my grandchildren here on Halloween they were dressed up they did get a free donut I bought one and the price was astronomical for some tiny little donut I will not be back. One small little donut was $2.99 I could not believe it crazy.

Stopped by for a dozen doughnuts. They have the seasonal flavors out now for fall. So we got a dozen mixed doughnuts. Also bought a dozen regular glazed for our neighbors because they love those. The doughnuts are subpar. They have little filling inside of them compared to years back when they used to be so much better. They weren't even making any fresh hot glazed which is thier trademarked item. It was a very disappointing stop and we will not be back. You certainly don't get what you pay for with thier exorbitant prices. They have gone down in quality and they employee who waited on us looked and acted like we were ruining her day by walking into her place of employment. She actually had to get up and wait on someone as it was really dead inside the shop. We were the only people in there. Now the drive - thru was busy and that girl was nice. She greeted us when we came in but had to wait about 5 minutes for the other employee to arrive and take our order with quite an attitude! When we got our 2 dozen she rang us up told us our total we paid and she walked away. No Thank-you no have a nice day no bag! I had to ask for a bag for 2 2 dozen doughnuts! You have bags give me bag! We will not be back as this was a very disappointing visit from the employee to the food we ordered! As you an see in the photos they are smaller and the filling is very cheap!
