I ordered a large stuff crust 3 meat pizza with extra meat (except pepperoni) and butter Parmesan on the crust with light sauce . I got a regular pizza with very little cheese no stuff crust extra pepperoni (that I didn’t ask for). After speaking with the manager on staff I was to return the wrong pizza and another one was made. However, their idea of extra meat is like the regular meat you get on the pizza and there was so little cheese on it I was just eating bread and meat. Li don’t know what happened their pizza use to be on point. But after this….I will not be pug one from that location any more.

Tonight I ordered two pizzas through the pizza portal app, 1 Crunchy Stuffed Crusted and 1 Original Cheese. Once we got the pizzas home, we noticed they both (2) were original cheese, NO CRUNCHY CHEESE CRUST, we called and they told us to bring both pizzas back, offered no discount and then threw both pizzas in the trash in front of us. Check your orders at the Allen Park Little Caesar to ensure your order is correct!

Went in this Little Ceasars location on Allen Rd. and Roosevelt. Was totally disrespected I came in the door waited up front for about 3or 4 minutes before the 2 employees came from the back to acknowledge me. I order myself some wings gave the young Caucasian man my money in his hand my total was $8.47 and I gave him a twenty ask if he would like the .47 cents he said no he has to check his drawer first. Np then he just returned my change by just leaving it on the counter I mentally furious of this disrespect!! What are we in the 1950's I ask what are you afraid to put the money back in my hand the same way I gave it to you.smh.. he replied oh i dont work up here very often and proceeded to take the next customer that just so happend to be Caucasian women. I immediately said I wont be coming back here anymore!!

Today I ordered my son’s very first cheese pizza from Little Caesars, and I’m really disappointed. I even called ahead, and the person on the phone told me it would be best to order online for pickup so it would be hot and fresh. We live just down the street, so I timed it perfectly and picked it up right on time from the kiosk.
When we got home and opened the box, the pizza was already cold. For my son’s first pizza experience, that was pretty sad. It shouldn’t be this hard to get a hot pizza—even when ordering fresh and picking up right away. Little Caesars used to be known for fast and hot, but now it feels like you just can’t get that anymore.
