Afraid of the grind🥲
Major Tomato is a hidden gem for pizza, if you are not looking for Detroit style. I don't remember if they offer Detroit style or not but they do have potato pizza. Haven't try it yet but the pizza I got was very good. I like their sauce, sauce is vibrant , pairs well with any toppings.
Kinda thirsty after I finish my pizza, maybe there is msg in the sauce. Maybe that's the secret ingredient

Major Tomato has an excellent pizza , both taste and how it’s cooked, definitely going to come back again and again. Crust was not doughy and did I mention delicious? How wonderful would longer hours be? Still one of the top 3 pizzerias in downriver by far, without a doubt.

Did an online order for 3 pizzas and online it said it would be ready in 30 minutes. Show up around 25 minutes and was told order wasn’t ready. Waited an additional 15 minutes and only after asking about my order they grabbed 2 pizzas from the warmer and one from the back. I think they forgot about my 3rd pizza and I have no idea how long the other 2 were sitting in the warmer. I will say the first 2 pizzas were in there long enough to not taste fresh. Wish I could take my tip back.
Best pizza place in town. Top notch service and quality at every level. The only ones who will knock it prefer being uncomfortably full for a cheap price and they can’t be saved. Thank you for choosing Allen Park, restaurant and food scene is weak. Glass onion, Streatery, & Major giving me hope!

Staff was super friendly and the food was delicious. I had the Major Tomato which is a tasty Margherita with fresh tomatoes and basil and it was fantastic. One small disappointment was when someone who looked like a manager came out to berate the staff in front of guests... kind of tacky and offputting tbh. Other than that everything was great, will definitely come back next time in town!

Don’t advertise and show pictures of large NY style slices and then cut an 18 inch pizza into 875 tiny slices. Not cool. First and last time I’ll be ordering.

I’m kind of new to the neighborhood and I was looking for a different pizza place. Delivery was fast and pizza was excellent. I would recommend them. I’m willing to try them again.
Pizza is my ultimate favorite food so I've had a lot of pizza from all over the place. But this place is my FAVORITE by far. They're clean, friendly, consistent, food quality is fresh and reliable, and the price point is appropriate. And as a David Bowie fan, the name and fun decor are an added cool bonus!

Absolutely love MT. It’s been our go-to pizza for years. Backyard BBQ, my honey valentine, and the loaded major potato are our favs. The classic calzone is also outstanding. Staff is always friendly and busting their butts to crank out pizzas!

Great pizza! We've been coming here for the past couple years. Love the Vampire Slayer, ABLT, and Little Mac.

We ordered to go while in Detroit for the weekend, and the crust on the pizza was sublime! Perfectly bubbly & crispy throughout with excellent flavor.
Some of the best pizza we have ever had.

I love the food from this shop. It's a small family owned business in Allen Park. They use all natural ingredients. They have unique pizzas. They even have a good gluten-free pizza. The cheese bread and pizza are really good. My only problem is that it takes a long time to get your pizza. If you order carry out and they say 20 minutes, it is always 30 or 40 or, in my case, an hr (for the second time). So don't be in a hurry. It's fine if they tell you on the phone it will be that long. It gets busy, I get it. When you go at the time, they say and pay and sit for another 20 min, not cool. I had plans and was very late. The manager did rectify the situation because I was not happy. The worst part is, my food was sitting there and they never told me. The girl that rang me cleaned tables all around me and never said, "Your pizza is ready." I miss them being open for lunch (thx covid). We got it all the time for work. I will get them again because I like the food. Just need to have an hr to wait, I guess. 2x now, need to do better.
