The longest wait time I've ever had an any McDonald's anywhere in the US and I travel a lot was an excess of 25 minutes wait time in the drive-thru

I switched to this McDonald's location when the one nearest to me went downhill, but now this one is just as bad. Multiple times I've had a super long wait only to end up with burnt food, cold fries, and no sauce. I give up.

Ordered from DoorDash & when I got it the receipt on the bag was right but nothing in the bag was what I ordered. I got it fixed with DoorDash but I wanted to call the restaurant and let them know to slow down a bit and check orders because an entire order should not be messed up. At no point was I rude & was even sympathetic because I know people are rushing to get orders out. I guarantee my order was not the only one to be messed up and only managers can answer the phone at McDonald’s from what I remember so whoever I spoke to had a nasty attitude and just wanted to get me off the phone. This place is slowly going downhill with these rude people they are hiring.

This is over in Allen Park. It's a little one of them. Old '50s style drive-thru. I was clean. They have a walk up. They have outside seating. I don't imagine they have a restroom I'm not sure but it definitely has handicap parking and access because you can eat outside. I ordered a quarter pounder with cheese meal and a strawberry shake while I was waiting for my scripts to get filled up the street at All Care Pharmacy. The lines move quick, The microphones are clear, My only complaint was I asked for ketchup and killing gave me two packs. I'm a six pack type guy and I did not get a straw for my strawberry shake. Did I go back and complain? No, she's a human being. It's an honest mistake. I just drank it and look like he had a strawberry mustache. So place is great. Food was great. I'd recommend this place anytime. Just make sure you get a straw. Love you bye!

it's the worst McDonald's. orders are always wrong (last time i went there, after many months of avoiding the place [i figured, they got to have improved, right? wrong!], they screwed up a $5 meal not once, but twice!). they can't handle money without taking 20 minutes, and don't even think about getting a refund. DO NOT USE YOUR CREDIT CARD!!! i will not be spending my money there again. patronize either the lincoln park location (dix and southfield, next to kroger) or the melvindale location (corner of allen and oakwood). much better run and staffed, usually.
