Should get a negative amount of stars here 15 minutes before they close they closed early. It says 5 AM to 12 AM. I was here at 11:40. They turned away a bunch of us saying they were closed refused to give corporate number to me so I can call and make a complaint

This probably the worst McDs out there. I’ve given them a few times to get it right. McDouble - Cold and thing on it was meat cheese and pickles. Coke - Flat with zero ice. Fries - Cold and old. I usually drive the extra 2 miles to a different one but we in a hurry so I gave this one another chance. No one in the drive thru but was still told to pull around to spot 4 for fresh food. Haha jokes on me!

The manager is unprofessional and goes hiding and has a meltdown in the back when you are asking to speak to them because of an issue with your order. I will make sure no one ever goes to this location due to waiting in line for 30 minutes when this is suppose to be fast food. This location is beyond a joke.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Outstanding Drive-Thru Service from Erin!
I just went through the drive-thru at McDonald’s (15405 Southfield Rd, Allen Park, MI) and had an amazing experience thanks to Erin!
He was extremely kind, patient, and helpful, and he handled my order with professionalism and a smile. When I had a small issue, Erin immediately solved the problem quickly and kindly, making the whole experience stress-free.
It’s not every day that someone in fast food goes above and beyond to make sure customers are happy, but Erin truly did. He made my day and is a real asset to this McDonald’s!

I went through the drive thru, from the time I entered to the time I received my food. It was a good 20 minutes plus, my order was wrong and my fries were cold. They had me wait at the window for them to remake everything all over again..
My sandwich was not fresh, at this point I didn't have time for them to remake it again, I would of been late to work.
I'm not for sure what's going on at that McDonald's, they do need some help.

I found a blue pen in my happy meal! Just gross! Plus they got the order wrong! Why would they put a blue ink pen in there??!!!
I ordered online.. breakfast sandwich, and hash browns, unsweetened tea, a coffee with 10 creams .
I revived my sandwich which was good, no hash brown ( missing) tea, was sweet asked for unsweetened.. and coffee was black.. no cream., come on now!!!!

Waited 30 minutes just to order not because of the line literally by the speaker it was 30 minutes worst part is you can’t go anywhere your stuck there it’s the longest I’ve ever had to wait to order !!!

3rd time in a row ive gotten a small fry amount in a large fry order.
His name was miles. He is a very polite and nice man. He helped me out at the drive through and was very patient with me. Staff was very quick and nice. This is my go to location
