Pulled up to inside speaker to order they took five orders from the outside speaker and I'm still waiting to place my order drive to the window and was told by the cashier she does not control the speakers I ask for a manager she blamed it on being busy wrong when I first pulled up to the speaker I was the only one in line then she blamed it on being short staffed they took my order at the window I pulled up to get my food and there was 5 or 6 people just standing there doing nothing but she blamed it on being short staffed lier 8 out of 10 times go there my other is screwed up this store needs to be shut down all fire all the managers

We ordered on the mobile app. Husband did curb side pickup. French fries were cold and grandson did not get his apple slices, which were clearly on the receipt. I tried to take the survey on the web site and it kept saying the survey code was not right, but it is the one that was on our bag. No store number to try and enter manually. We will not return to that restaurant.

The food was amazingly fresh, clean, and high-quality compared to other McDonald's. The service was great, and the employees were kind and supportive. Best McDonald's in the Allen Park area.

**Edit** Things changed here with the new ownership. Service is still friendly and fast, but the fries are consistently cold and/or stale. Disappointing that this location which I had been loyal to for 40+ years has gone downhill like this. Hope to be able to edit this back sometime soon. --- Original review: Best McDonald's downriver! Friendly employees, fresh food, hot coffee. Sometimes a long line at the drive-thru but it always moves quickly.

The fries were lukewarm, and the lemonade was nasty. It didn't taste like lemonade. I didn't take it back because I went through the drive-tru and was already on the road.
Uncanny how every time I try to get fries here no matter how long I have to wait they're always cold. And the ice cream just keep on getting tinier and tinier

Absolutely horrible! One of the worst McDonald's I've ever been too. I ordered a double fish meal large with a sweet tea no ice & small chocolate shake. They forgot my shake but charged me for it and my fries & fish were so old they were dark brown in color and hard as a rock. I returned to the store with food and drink untouched. The manager gave me a refund but only for the missing shake I never got and my large fry. I got so ripped off when all I wanted was dinner. So sad 😞
