This place was soooooo nice. Devastated it's closed now 😪
It was easily the best Italian restaurant in the area. Hate to see it go. The best food ever. Best service. A real Italian restaurant at its finest.
6/10/25 The phone message says that they are closed until further notice...
Was regular customer for year's.
How things have changed.
$36 for 1 slice of veal
$70 lamb chops
$60 shrimp scampi.
NOT THE SAME PLACE ANYMORE....
Food is now just ok...
Looks like it is now closed
Marc is incredible, a true pro and just a great person.
The service here was top tier service and everyone we talked to was absolutely lovely to interact with. Very attentive staff, professional, and beautiful step into fancy Italy feeling restaurant. Hostess was so kind and lovely, our waiter and water staff were wonderful and service with a smile, we absolutely loved the front of house staff. The food unfortunately was subpar, especially for the price it was. Cold bread to the table, average house salad, beyond wonderful soups, and very subpar dinner options. I got eggplant parm which was delicious but my husband had a overly buttered under seasoned salmon and a whisky drink that was more juice than whisky and unfortunately not very strong, at the end of our meal they served us walnuts and apples which was lovely. When a menu warns you of a $75 steak having the potential to come out overcooked and the kitchen not taking ownership of that mistake, shows the lack of love from their head chef. Overall if they could get their chefs to add more flavor and pack a punch with their food this place could be a 10/10 for this town unfortunately the food did not match the vibe, price, or service from front of house staff. More love (and seasoning) in the kitchen is sadly needed.
This place is a hidden gem! The ambiance is absolutely amazing, and the staff made us feel right at home. You can tell the food is made with love—everything was full of flavor and felt authentically Italian. Even the little details, like the walk to the restroom, were thoughtfully done. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back!
Small Italian eatery that specializes in veal dishes. Excellent service and food. Save room for the cherries jubilee that is prepared tableside.
Amazing people in this restaurant. Even more amazing was the food. Minestrone has to be the best I ever tasted. This is a top notch restaurant.
One of the best Italian places in the area. You can tell that it is a local family business that cares about their customers. The food and staff are amazing. Check it out!

We have had many wonderful special occasion dinners at Moro’s. It’s been a few years since we were there last. Tonight was disappointing. We went to dinner with another couple for our anniversary. My husband and I ordered the Shrimp Scampi special. Though it’s not on the menu, it used to be about $40. When we got our bill the Shrimp Scampi was $71 per person! And it was bland! (As was the clam chowder). The couple we were with wanted to buy us dessert. We all decided to order the Cherries Flambé. Didn’t think to ask the
price because never in our wildest dream did we think it would be $100!!! Never did the server ever give us a clue. This will be our very last visit to Moro’s.

frustratingly slow but friendly service. food was entirely subpar, very, very overpriced for what it was. subpar environment at best, flat out scary bathroom situation. flatly not good- avoid, plenty of good restaurants to support. don’t charge me $40 for chicken parm but have me entering a house of horrors to pee, come on guys, seriously

My first experience, not certain if all meals are made the same way but, are all meals made without sodium??? Presentation was impressive but with no flavor at all, both our dishes were tasteless. I will probably try it again just to confirm they made a mistake and that just simply they forgot spices and sodium. Oh, be ready to spend 130 for 2 meals, no appetizer, no gratuity included and one single glass of wine.
