This restaurant constantly closes early. The website will say 10:30 you’ll pull up at 9:48 to them saying they are closed. The staff is terrible.

Take the extra drive to the dearborn heights location.
Food used to be really good here. They’ve been downhill for the past year now. My family member is going through food poisoning today from his meal from here. It was the only thing he had eaten, the ER is now treating him for a severe bacterial and possible viral infection. They are suspecting salmonella. The kitchen at this location cross contaminates veggies with raw shrimp and meats. They are also most likely freezing and thawing their chicken improperly causing bacteria buildup.

My experience at the Panda Express drive-thru was notably unpleasant due to the disrespectful customer service I received. Upon simply asking a question before placing my order, the employee responded rudely, as though my inquiry was unreasonable or inconvenient. This interaction starkly contrasts Panda Express’s promise of “Great Operations” and “Genuine Warmth” in their service. The employee’s tone and attitude were unprofessional, leaving me reluctant to return.

All new faces although I was here less than 2 weeks ago! They dont focus what u want! They even tried to charge me for things I didn't ask for and instead they try to act professionally, I end up without eating and stayed fasting! Shame on them! CHECK YOUR BILL BEFORE YOU PAY! THEIVES!
Had me waiting for almost 8 minutes on the drive thru speaker and another 20 minutes for a bowl! Who ever was at the 3pm shifts this ain’t it for yall, yall need something new to do cause yall mad slow!!

Sat in drive through for almost 10 minutes to place order. I had a coupon on the app. Gave it to cashier and heard it beep. Got my change, no discount applied. She gives me my order and I tell her above. She replies oh yeah it's not there and hands me my order. Ask for manager and tell her that I don't have my drink. Manager comes to window and tells me I have to show it before I pay. Yes sir, I did that. He leaves comes back and asks me to come inside to another "manager " At this point I just ask for a refund, my food is cold, and I've been at this establishment 45 minutes. She tells me I can get you an extra side. NEVER AN APOLOGY, NOTHING! No, I'd like a refund. Leaves me at counter, another 10 minutes comes back with refund. I had problems with this one before, but never like this. I have a motto, first time shame on me. Second time, shame on you! I plan on calling corporate tomorrow after work. If I could give zero stars, I would.

I just left this restaurant and had a horrible experience. It is the coldest day of the year thus far so I pull to the drive thru speaker to place my order but no one comes on the speaker to help me. I then say hello a few and wait without a response so I proceeded to the drive thru window thinking their speaker may be broken or malfunctioning because of the cold weather. There was one car ahead of me. When I pull to the window I had to wait a couple minutes for the associate to come to the window I explained to her that I had been to the drive thru speaker and tried to order but no one answered so I drove around to place my order. She tells me she couldn’t take my order at the window because she currently had someone at the speaker which I thought was very rude and made no sense so needless to say I pulled off without placing an order because I wasn’t about to go back around. I then tried to call to speak with a manager and their phone isn’t working either. I definitely won’t be back to this location…smh.
