December 31st it say Wednesday I come in at 8:13 place my order the lady decide to finish everybody else sandwich with my sandwich was already done sit there and let it get cold and then the gentleman that was there laughed about it and then finally get my sandwiches after she served other sandwiches when mine was already done

Dirtiest Panera in America. This manager should be ashamed. The floors are covered in crumbs for weeks. I frequent Paneras all over and they are always cleaning but not this location. DIRTY EVERYWHERE. Nasty bathroom nasty carpets. It’s rare to see anyone cleaning at the Taylor location. Just Nasty here.

The atmosphere was very nice, the service was great, and the food was delicious. I loved the Italiano sandwich and the Bacon Turkey Bravo, along with a really good coffee and the pecan braid. I definitely want to go back and try the soup with a sandwich using the “You Pick Two” option.

Customer service is horrible hope has been declining in quality and portions are smaller every time I go today there was a bug in my drink that my daughter almost swallowed
Only reason they get a 2 is because the manager I spoke to was very pleasant & listened to my complaint. I used to work as a trainer for this location a few years ago & even then they struggled to have a good crew & even good quality control. But the last 4 times I’ve come to this location it’s just completely went to garbage. Workers don’t wanna be there, don’t wanna work & it shows in the quality of food they put out & the emotionless interactions. Drive thru lines at the time I went would have normally been atleast 8 cars deep when I worked there. I was the only one in the drive thru line & my order was still disgusting. Why are you guys putting out wilted, brown romaine lettuce? Why are all of your apples bruised? Why when I ordered a water I always have to remind them at the window? If something looks like you wouldn’t eat it yourself or serve it to your momma then throw it away because this is the stuff that gets people sick. Do better Allen Park Panera

Who is decent would have a higher rating of the customer service is better I stood there for about 15 minutes waiting on the online order while seven people walk past me several times, and never spoke to me once, and I was right in front of them at the counter and one side ask where can I get some help they laughed. So basically the whole time they saw me they just didn't want to help me.
