Everything tasted fresh and comforting. Atmosphere was calm and perfect for a quick lunch or even just to sit with a book. The service could’ve been better; staff seemed a bit distracted, but nothing too bad.

I ordered extra steak…didn’t get it. I ordered a couple of sauces on the side…didn’t get it. These prices are too high to start with and the economy the way it is this is unacceptable. $20 wasted Had to work a 12 hr shift very upset & hungry!
I come there every day to pick up a strawberry smoothie corn chowder soup and every day they mess up my order I am allergic to banana every day they give me a strawberry banana and I asked them for strawberry smoothie. This is the worst place you can ever go to. I called the manager to tell him what happened. He did not even apologize. He hang up the phone in my ear very rude managers the worst workers they have in this place. I will never go there again.

Rushed us out and forgot half of our order including baguettes and sandwiches. Purely disappointed 😢. It is also very difficult to lodge a complaint to fix this discrepancy.

I went inside to let manager know I was missing chips from my order I placed online for pickup. She was upset because I didn’t come in by the next day and had an attitude with me! I explained I do not stay close. She still had an attitude but did give me my missing items. I let her know this was a huge inconvenience for me. I will never return to this location! Poor attitude from a manger! I had also placed an mobile order, as I waited for someone to acknowledge me at the pickup counter, the employee said nothing she just threw a bag on counter and said here. I told her that’s not my order. She finds my order but I’m sure felt some type of way since it was once again their error!! And this is how I’m sure they mess orders up regular!
