Pink Garlic Indian Cuisine-Allen Park

This was our first time visiting and it was a great time, Ray was excellent with his commitment to excellence, his food and seasoning are on point. We had the Tikka Masala and Chicken Vindalu as well Mix Starter which was an excellent appetizer. We want to thank Scott from Detroit Food Review for showing this restaurant on his YouTube Channel. Amazing food every single time!

Really excited to find an Indian restaurant close to home here in the downriver area. I was quite impressed with the appetizers although the chicken chat purée did not quite match the flavor I was hoping for. The portions were large. The naan bread is soft and delicious. The people are lovely. It’s a nice little atmosphere. I ordered my test entrée which always shows me if it’s going to be my favorite Indian restaurant, a simple chicken korma, the chicken was perfect, the serving size was more than enough. I would recommend that they serve it in Baltibowls rather than white China but very nice service and presentation The korma didn’t hit the taste test, close but not as a korma should taste. apart from that. I will definitely go back again and try other things When I asked for onion salad with My Papadom‘s, the kitchen knew that there was a British customer in the house 🇬🇧 really funny by the way. We finally tried The Pink Garlic in Allen Park. Everything was so so good. Vegetable samosas, Chicken Tikki Biryani and garlic Naan could not have been any better. On top of the amazing food, the service was some of the best I have ever had. Everyone was very nice, helpful and attentive. Overall, a great experience and we will return.

By far the best Indian restaurant I’ve been to in a while.. I had the butter chicken it was so delicious! Creamy and decadent! Can’t say enough! I will be back to try different dishes!!

I highly recommend this place. The food was amazing and the customer service was wonderful. My husband and I our big foodies and eat out too much lol I haven't had customer service like this in a very long time. Thank you Ray and all your staff.

Had the Tikka masala and butter chicken, it was ok. Maybe I was just looking for spice but this was not it. Food was good just kind of bland. Service was excellent.

My husband and I tried Indian food for the very first time here…and it was exceptional! So delicious…nice clean restaurant with polite friendly staff. The food was hot and delicious. Thank you! Our new favorite!

First and foremost their customer service here is unmatched! It’s been a long time since I’ve been treated so kindly picking up food. They also triple check the bags too to make sure everything is there. They genuinely care about your experience which is rare nowadays. Now the food is also incredible. The butter chicken and chicken tikka masala are both amazing! We prefer the tikka because it has a bit more a punch when compared to the butter chicken, although they are similar. Would recommend trying them both forsure. All types of naan here are also to die for! You definitely get a bang for your buck. It is so reasonably priced for the amount of food you get as well. Portions are big enough to split but don’t expect too much leftover. Highly recommend checking this place out! We already got it two weeks in a row, and will be new regulars here!

Everything was a 10/10 for me. The staff was so kind, friendly, and professional. The food is SO dang good. The spot is little but the atmosphere is very cute. Love it.

I’m ashamed to say I’m in my late 30’s and this is my first time having true authentic Indian cuisine. We ordered via DoorDash and everything was still warm. We ordered butter chicken, chicken biryani, meat samosas, and garlic cheese naan. Everything was delicious and I’m upset I’ve gone so long missing this. Will be return 100%. Hopefully they can drum up the business volume to be open for lunch soon.

Fantastic hospitality & extremely attentive customer service. You feel like you are dining at an upscale restaurant. I can't recommend this experience enough. So many nice touches to the dining in experience.
