Bought 2 chicken and bacon sandwiches from them and they were a 10 out of 10, delivery gets a 10 out of 10 as well because they got my food delivered earlier than expected and the driver was very polite! Over all great place!

Love the Potbelly Chicken Salad sandwich with some chopped peppers on it...That said, the Potbelly in Allen Park (in the strip across from Home Depot) is pretty loud at lunchtime,but the food and service are very good.

I just want to give a shout out to this location. Service is always great and the staff is always friendly. The manager Kim is amazing, there were a couple mistakes made on a sub I order regularly. I let her know and she went above and beyond to make it right. Thank you Kim!!

The photos online for this location show they offer malts and even show the malted milk canisters. The worker said they don't offer malts. The skinny isn't even worth buying. It's mega-small and the meatballs tasted horrible. The chicken pot pie soup barely had any chicken. The cold brew shake didn't taste like coffee at all.

They served me molded cheese on my sandwich. Gave me a hard time getting a refund and the workers laughed at the situation as if it was funny that I was complaining about my refund and the fact that they were serving moldy food. Please check your food if you ever order from this

Ordered online and arrived to pick up my meal. While waiting I noticed it was MOLD on a bag of multigrain bread - I then told the worker who then replied "that's not mold" when I pointed to it, they swiftly threw it away. I wonder how long that has been sitting there and/or how many people they served that to. Moving on - when I got my food, I asked to add a shake to my order and the cashier looked at me funny and shook her head no... I told her why not if I was going to pay for it and she confusedly said "oh." Then "yes". And proceeded to ask what shake... not sure if she was confused on me asking if it was on the order already or confused in general. However, they need help big time.
