Worker asked me what I want in my bowl but already putting it in my bowl. What's the point of asking if you already putting in there? "You want guac?" puts it in there before i even said yes or no. I did not want it. Don't know if I was going too slow for her or what but this will be the last time coming here.

This location needs a lot of work, most importantly get some staff on hand that actually care. Every time I come in lately everyone working has the worst attitude and acts so unhappy. Inside is always dirty, girls working the food line with long hair not tied back, just hair swinging over the food. Nobody asks what you want when your food makes it to the other end of the line they just give you this blank stare like they’re so annoyed and over being there. The service is just absolutely terrible. I don’t know, seems like this location is really going down hill.
I asked the woman who works there did they have any veggie ground ( impossible burger)... she said she had no idea of what I was talking about... I asked for a meat alternative because I used to order there... she said she doesn't remember ever having it.. so I left.. you guys should probably train your employees better... and no hair nets and it wasn't clean

During my recent visit to Qdoba, the lack of customer acknowledgment and communication was disappointing. Upon entering, multiple employees were present but none greeted me or even acknowledged my presence. The employee cleaning the counter, another standing idle, and the cashier all ignored my arrival. It wasn’t until someone from the back took initiative that I received assistance. Furthermore, rather than directly communicating with me about menu availability, an employee indirectly informed their coworker they were out of shrimp. This behavior contradicts Qdoba’s value of “hospitality and accountability,” highlighting a serious gap in training and customer care.

Service was ok! Food was ok! Store was dirty! Counter was where food was being prepared needed to be wiped off. Soda machine tray was over flowing. Counter where utensils were stored was in disarray!

This location is so filthy. I ordered online at 11:09am. Said it would be ready 11:26-11:36. Got there at 11:32. Waited until 11:50 someone finally came and asked the name on the order. Meanwhile I overhear that they’re out of 4 items in the bowl I ordered. I had to ask for a refund which took another TWENTY MINUTES. Late for work and no lunch now. AWFUL
Besides all that, the establishment is utterly filthy, food all over the stainless work station, all garbages over flowing, floors nasty.
I highly recommend a different Lia tip or you’ll be sadly disappointed

Extremely slow. No sense of urgency. They have a sign posted on the door of about 6 or 7 items that they are out of, including basic things like chips and lettuce and salsa??? Just lazy.
