Best bowling alley around!!

Attempted to call beforehand to see if it was league night. No answer. Thought it’s 830 on a Wednesday night, we’ll risk it. Just pulling in the parking lot we could see it was packed. As we entered so did a large group of kids. Didn’t realize it was spring break so it made sense after.

You have to walk to the very back to get to the register. No one there. Stood in front of a register (where there were shoes) and we formed a line on one side and then the kids started to form a line in the other side. We just wanted to know at the is point if there was anything even available for it as packed and it was clearly league night. Finally a lady approached but with her earbuds in and continued her phone conversation for addressing the masses, didn’t even speak to any of us directly. (I get it there were two lines and it was incredibly busy but it was just off putting) where she relayed she had nothing available until after 9 and see if any of the lanes and boys clear out. Sure, fine, reasonable. We could wait. But then we waited until 9 where we stood at the front again while the staff cleared the spaces. I think I saw 3 ppl working trying to clear 30 lanes. Finally got a lane for a quick two games and we were blessed to have a bumper lane in between us and the kid group and I say blessed because the kids were wild. Kids are kids and at least they were there for a night but they werent respecting the facility and or the others around them(multiple balls being thrown down a single lane, alarms were going off, balls we’re just rolling on the floor, hitting the pin sweeper just again not respecting the property.) I don’t know if the staff was short handed and didn’t feel safe disciplining a large group or just didn’t care but it made me uncomfortable that people around us weren’t being safe.

My kids love this place friendly environment peaceful and cool.

Turned off our game when we were watching, without explanation or reasoning. We had the game first, the party next to us was also watching. I was having fun overall, but at least tell us first. They valued other customers over us and that is not a good way to get business. I seriously hope there is some change

They turned off the Steelers ravens game for the frickin Savanah bananas game that wasn’t even life. Keep in mind this is a playoffs game. Ruined me and my friends night. Bowling was decent.

AVOID THIS DUMP. Walked in with a birthday cake and a couple balloons for my sons 7th birthday, just my wife and our 3 kids trying to celebrate a small birthday and they told us we can't bring our small little cake with us. Never been to such a non family-friendly place.

I call them to book a field trip, they answered me for the first time, took all the information and waiting for the invoice no one send it to me. Call back and forth no one answering for three weeks and till now but I end up going to different place.

A great family owned operation.

Maybe you should share that you're having a special event and will not be open to the public. And so have your staff answer the phones when minors are present!

Love the lanes! Great for a bowler or for some fun.

If I can give this place a 0 I most definitely would.. I waited 5 minutes before an employee finally found her way over to the register, and then walked straight to her phone and completely disregarded us. Kindly said excuse me to get her attention TWICE, the first time I was completely ignored, and the second time I got the “one second” finger without saying a word. I walked straight out and will never come back. Update: someone just called me and asked me to take down the review claiming to be the manager after I just called and they said there was no manager available. She was also making excuses for their terrible behavior. I don’t know who she was because when I asked for her name she said it’s none of my business.

Great place for my granddaughters 6th birthday! Short staffed but the staff was on it!

Had a great time, very clean, fun place to take the family.
