The staff acted like everyone was annoying them when they asked for anything. The only person that was nice and personable was the bartender. The guy at the front counter just stared at you when you asked him a question and went and got the lady every time or just walked away and went and cleaned a table. When we asked for help with putting names in to play they said no. And the pricing is a huge contrast from by the hour or per person. They, of course, said the highest price option was the best option. So we spent about $80 more than needed. Won't go back.

Roosevelt Lanes hosted a special Olympics bowling tournament between L8ncoln Park and Allen Park. What a wonderful event for our son to participate in.Thank you to all that made this possible !!
This is a great family owned and operated business. The customer service is amazing. You won't get treated this good anywhere else, the front counter, snack bar and bar staff are top notch. Birthday parties are the best, open bowling is a lot of fun and if you are a bowling novice the staff is extremely knowledgeable. Highly recommended.

Poor customer service that will leave you standing at the desk waiting for awhile. Very rude. I arrived with my 5 year old to bowl one game! A man, I believe the owner or manager, walked up and said very rudely \\\"if you're looking for open bowling, not going to happen because the leagues are going to be playing\\\". Mind you, we still had a half hour before they arrived, which was plenty of time for a child to bowl one game. I would say outsiders are not welcomed. I would definitely recommend bowling elsewhere based off the poor customer service alone.
