As a musician, this was a cool venue to play. Spacious with plenty of room for a crowd, a decent sized stage and a great bar selection. As for cons, it was a little difficult to find.
I love this venue. My husband is in a band and they have played countless shoes here. It is one of the last live music venues all open in the downriver area. The sound is always great. And when it isn't, it is fixed right away. The beers are average priced got a live music event. I always eat when I come here. The food is that delicious corner bar food. I can't really complain. It's not fancy . there is limited seating so if you want to sit come early.
Had the best night of my life at this venue!! Talk about a place with great food, great service, and a team of workers that have a heart.. This is the spot to be, Simon's After Dark by far the best venue Michigan has to offer!! How many places can you go, that you feel welcome and belong their as soon as u hit the door's?? Well this is that spot ya' all!! Much love to Simon's!! Whoop-Whoop!!
