3rd time this location has messed up our order in the past month for DoorDash. This time, didn’t give us any of the 9 food items we ordered. Just the drinks. I wish I could specify to DoorDash not to use this location when we order anymore. Or at least let us know to be prepared to spend an additional 30 minutes on the phone with DoorDash to get it corrected.

I will absolutely never return to this location. If you have time sensitive matters to attend to I also don't recommend this location either. I ordered a Venti Decaf Caramel Frap with no Whip and Extra Caramel drizzle and just ordering that alone was very trivial which I have never experienced at any other location acrossed the US. When I recieved my drink it was very watered down, had whip, eatra caramel was missing and it was Grande and not a Venti. When I told the barista of the discrepancy she tried to scoop the whip off of the top then asked me if it was ok for her to do that and I told her no. She then got an attitude and proceeded to restart my order for a grande again. I simply asked for a refund and left because this was a waste of my time as I have a 1000 word memorandum of law to write and don't appreciate the unnecessary attitude for product that I am ultimately paying for. Patronize at your own risk!
Very consistent with the drinks (both in person and for delivery) and all of the workers are super sweet!

I order my coffee from the app and every day I don't find my coffee on the table. I have to be 7 minutes late. If I don't ask them where my coffee is, they won't prepare it.

I just had a very nice experience at this location. The staff were so friendly and seemed to actually be enjoying their job. Especially when I noticed people pouring in the door, they maintained their positive attitude :)
