While I think the staff are super nice and my coffee is always great here I can’t help but to give honest feedback back. As a GM myself a key area that needs attention are your restrooms. This location has some serious cleanliness issues in the restrooms. I know first hand things can go south quickly however i personally have noticed spots on the wall that have been there over a year. These bathrooms simply don’t get cleaned the condition they were in this morning was absolutely horrific. Urine all over, dirty toilets empty soap, toilet paper everywhere. Dirt caked floors its need a deep clean and a consistent cleaning schedule. There really is no excuse here as they are small areas to maintain. The effort and attention is lacking and it falls on management. Please get a handle on this to cater to the customer experience.

The only Starbucks in my area that can consistently make the drink that I like and I don't particularly enjoy coffee but they make a caramel cookie mocha frappuccino with extra caramel that is out of this world haha they really do I always get extra caramel they make sure there's enough to do a wonderful job all the workers there seem to have a good attitude which creates for a decent atmosphere quality service and let always shows out with the food product. I suggest this Starbucks to anybody

I been to the Starbucks in Allen Park twice in the past month. I always order the Strawberry Creme Frappuccino. Both times my drink was very bland. All I can taste is milk. I always get extra strawberry puree and an extra pump of whatever they put in it. Very disappointing with the quality of my drinks. I may give that store another try some time down the road

Just went to this location for the first time. The barista with the mix of purple hair was an absolute gem!! Made the literal best lattes we’ve ever had. Best experience ever ??????
About what you get from the Starbucks brand. Quality. Just wish they could have had a drive through at this location.

I am admittedly overly forgiving of bad service and products. But this is the third time in a row getting an undrinkable coffee from here. It's literally just an iced decaf americano. And it's always putrid. This last one taste like burnt paint.
I guess this is the punishment I get for supporting a soulless anti-union corporation, even if it was with gift cards I had received.
Try Black Box in Dearborn. Great staff and the Americano is always tasty.

Was there Mothers day to get a coffee. Waited in line 30 minutes. When I finally got to place my order. The girl said you have to wait, I need to get my food orders caught up. Then I waited another 30 minutes. I finally got pissed off and left. How RUDE!

this starbucks had wrong cups for the grande. Also we paid for strawberries that are usually 80 cents for a full cup but they gave us THREE PIECES. the drink wasnt full to the top and the lid wasnt the right size
