I just had a very nice experience at this location. The staff were so friendly and seemed to actually be enjoying their job. Especially when I noticed people pouring in the door, they maintained their positive attitude :)
While I think the staff are super nice and my coffee is always great here I can’t help but to give honest feedback back. As a GM myself a key area that needs attention are your restrooms. This location has some serious cleanliness issues in the restrooms. I know first hand things can go south quickly however i personally have noticed spots on the wall that have been there over a year. The only Starbucks in my area that can consistently make the drink that I like and I don't particularly enjoy coffee but they make a caramel cookie mocha frappuccino with extra caramel that is out of this world haha they really do I always get extra caramel they make sure there's enough to do a wonderful job all the workers there seem to have a good attitude which creates for a decent atmosphere quality service and let always shows out with the food product.
